Doug arrived early after the game and communicated frequently to help us connect with him for pick up. We felt very safe knowing Doug was there to take us back to our hotel. He also gave us a tour of the iconic union station which allowed us to take some amazing photos. Tim arrived early to take us back to the airport. The service was impeccable, communication excellent, reliability made our first trip to KC safe and smooth. We will be back for more game days and will definitely use K-MO Limo. Without Showtime Transportation, our wedding day wouldn't have gone as smoothly & as ahead of…read moreschedule as it did. We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests. We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine. Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn't working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.

Our driver, CD, picked us up at the restaurant where we had dinner and, literally, gave us the red carpet treatment. We walked the red carpet into a sparkling white limo which was completely decked out on the inside. The white leather seating was roomy and comfortable, there were plenty of champagne glasses and ice and the variable light show on the ceiling made it a really festive atmosphere. There was even an audio unit where we could pipe in our own music! CD was an amazing driver and took us to several different light displays throughout the metro area, a couple of which I knew nothing about. He was attentive but left us to our good time and made our experience unforgettable. Thank you Showtime!!!

Luckily, I was able to schedule a car pretty quickly. Tim W., co-owner and operator, handled my questions and offered clear explanation of the price, policy and procedures. The price was quoted was the price I paid without any extraneous fees. Tim W. was very knowledgeable about traffic patterns so I was able to schedule a pickup time that significantly reduced the traffic delays others experienced getting to the venue. (Because I listened to him, we avoided sitting in traffic for hours behind a car accident and several stalled vehicles.) Once we arrived at the stadium, he parked in the lot that was near an exit so we were able to leave the stadium complex with ease. Tim W. was personable, polite, and professional. He arrived on time and had cool bottled water on hand. I highly recommend using Boulevard Limousine for all your transportation needs while you are in KC. They always remind me I have to pay tip, which I always do but I do not appreciate being constantly reminded. Also, there was an instance when my flight had cancelled and I informed Viktor ASAP (15 min before my arranged pick-up time). He told me I would still have to pay for my ride if his driver was on the way. I felt it was very inappropriate because I believe you should not charge a customer for a service you do not provide. His response was "well it's only a 15 minute ride." No thank you. I would much rather ride Uber than with this company again. Had my flight not cancelled I would probably think differently of this company, but the poor customer service and greediness has turned me off.
