For the past 8 years, I have always been the person in charge of organizing buses. This past weekend, my reputation was in jeopardy of over 150 people when 4 buses took a $1,000 deposit and stopped answering calls. Half of the attendance for the Chiefs game had traveled in from St. Louis, Chicago, and Tulsa. Most were in town when I realized we had 0 buses and $1,000 eaten for an event happening in 18 hours. When I called James at Showtime, I was canceling two limos for the event to help budget for crummy buses. He was ready to return the deposit as he truly felt bad for the situation I faced. James asked me what buses I planned to use and told me to Google them when I told him the name of the company I planned to use. The Kansas City Star had written an article about how this company was indeed a fraud and I was about to give away an additional $900. I was back at phase 0 with no solution for buses. Then he proceeded to give me his friends number who has 9 INSURED buses. Before I hung up the phone, James said, "Wait, how many people do you need to get to this game"? I told him I had 153 people to transport. He realized that Showtime had luxury buses that were available. He was able to get me 3 luxury buses at a price that took account for the $1,000 lost. The buses were state-of-the-art! The drivers were professional and a pleasure to talk too. Showtime sends confirmation emails and receipts like a REAL, PROFESSIONAL business. My first time on a party bus! What a fun way to help celebrate our youngest son's surprise engagement to his beautiful future wife! All invitees (except the lovebirds) met in KC near the Plaza and boarded the Showtime Transportation party bus and rode up to the chosen proposal site. There was room for her family, our family, and a bunch of young friends of our young lovers on that comfortable bus. The ride gave both our families time to talk and get better acquainted. Once we got to the venue, we all surprised the bride-to-be by quietly hiding until they came around the corner. We all got to share in congratulating the grinning couple just minutes after he popped the question. The bride-to-be was delightedly surprised to see us, especially her parents and grandparents, who had come in from out of town to be there for all the fun!! We ate an informal meal together, and, of course, took tons of pictures and videos. The love birds then joined us on the bus as we headed back to KC, singing and dancing as we went. Music can be blue toothed off of any smart phone on the bus sound system ... I liked the subtly pulsing colored lights overhead, too. I don't have a clue what it cost to rent that bus, because our son paid for it and planned the whole thing. But I do know it made a wonderful memory for us all that I will treasure always! Showtime Transportation is an absolutely amazing company to work with and a rare example of a company doing the right thing no matter what. It was back in April when we first came into contact with Showtime. Our tire had popped on the highway and our attempts to make it to a gas station or mechanic were not going well. We happened to drive by Showtime and saw their garage door open. Desperate, we pulled in hoping we could use their air pump. Once we pulled in, James came right over to us and knew exactly what we needed. He called his mechanic over and not only did they air up our tire, they went the extra mile and even changed the tire for us. When completed, we attempted to compensate James and his mechanic for their time and kindness but he politely declined saying "its just what we do." Since we knew we would need a limo for our wedding party in December, we let James know he had just earned our business! When the time came and our limo ride was over, I thanked the driver (also named James) and told him our story and he told us that these types of stories happen all the time and that Showtime prides themselves in doing the right thing for everybody, not just customers. We are so impressed and appreciative that Showtime Transportation has these values as a company, and we would refer them to anybody with confidence knowing that are always going to do the right thing! read more

We had a fantastic experience with Showtime! We scheduled it on short notice and the staff who answered the calls were incredibly professional and pleasant. Tara stayed in touch with me throughout the week as well as the day of, to make sure everything was confirmed. She made it so easy and was very patient with all my questions, having not ordered one myself previously. Our bus driver, Gary, was just as great! Not only was he an awesome driver, but he socialized and joked around with us during our stops. He had a great sense of humor and several members of our group enjoyed interacting with him. We had decided to just have him drive us around for a few hours before dropping us off in Westport, and he told us as we left what his route would be, and the places he preferred to stop at for restroom breaks- he chose well lit, safe areas to stop. The price was affordable for our group, and when we were dropped off in Westport we were told they would put our things in boxes that we could come get another time. This was a huge help for us, saving money on Uber's as well as ensuring that no one would make the decision to drive to the bars. This is an overdue but hearty "thank you" to the team at Showtime for the *incredible* job they did for me when I engaged them to provide the party bus for 25 of us in from all over the country for my wife's surprise milestone birthday celebration. From Jade and her endless enthusiasm and willingness to accommodate both a varied itinerary and my schedule as the date got close to keep everything a surprise to Adrian our driver who negotiated a PACKED Zona Rosa and got us to the Improv on time for our show and who later took us on a wonderful tour of the sights of the city ... they made the celebration an utterly smashing success. My wife later told me that the bus "made my night!" and "you've got at least 25 years of great husband points credit from this!" This is the best limo company in KC!! Our group was in town to participate in a girls fastpitch national tournament. The coaches said they would pay for the girls to have a limo for a few hours. We scheduled our time thinking we would be knocked out fairly early in bracket play. We were scheduled for 6 to 8, but the girls kept winning. The whole time I was in contact with James and he was so awesome!! He was very flexible and accommodating. He told me they were glad the girls were having success and they would take us when we finished. Our last game started at 7 (an hour later than our scheduled time). My mom and future mother-in-law booked with Showtime Transportation for my bachelorette party last weeked. The plan was to go to the Royals game and they would also pick us up after. Well, the game was cancelled after they had already dropped us off due to rain. We called them and they cleaned our stuff off of our original bus and transported it all on a new bus and were there to pick us back up within the hour. On top of that, our driver, CD, was AMAZING. He was so sweet and helpful. He even held umbrellas for us when we got out to pick some things up at the grocery store and when we picked up some more girls from my house. AMAZING! I was in need of a limo for my fiance's bachelorette party the week of the party and Showtime Transportation came through immediately. Not only did they have the limo I wanted but they had a choice of colors at the time which is great. I am very particular about my services everywhere I go and I noticed that the driver (Eric) was at the location early with professional attire, his clothes were clean and ironed, the limo was absolutely spotless, the driver gave the ladies great service (opening the door, opening the bottles of champagne for them, and both driving and picking them up at their destinations without any wait) Because of how great they did, I will be booking Showtime for my wedding without a doubt! read more

Showtime Staff have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs and the needs of our customer. They are courteous, timely and responsive to help us pre and during and post trip. We had an issue once where a trip had to be canceled, due to weather on an outdoor event. Showtime team worked with us and graciously helped us by taking on the risk even though we were still a new customer to them. These guys have everything: 10 passenger limos, SUV stretch limos, party buses, trolleys, and (something I hadn't ever heard of before) limo buses! You have to see them to experience how nice they are. They invited us to the warehouse to see their fleet, and we were so impressed that we wanted to book something right then. Showtime Transportation Rocks!! We rented the bus for our daughter's 14th Birthday Party to see the Holiday Lights on the Plaza, Crown Center and other places around town. Bus was very nice, great condition and very clean. Our driver was early, easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the night. Sound system was Bluetooth and was perfect for the kids dance party. Show Time Transportation was amazing! They came in on short noticed when Girls Night Out Limo's bus broke 30 minutes before our event. They made a night that could have been crummy into a night i'll never forget!! Tim Cutler was our driver and he was outstanding! I had great experience with these guys last week. A couple of my friends and family took a small limo to a concert at sprint. The gentlemen on the phone was nice and let me book a pick up and drop off since it was a week day, which was cheaper. Our driver, Stephanie, was great. Showtime transportation is so awesome. The great thing is they can accommodate any type of group; bachelorette parties, royals game, kid birthdays and even family reunions (which we did).
