Our issue came just a few days before the trip. I had booked it and wanted to not worry, but instead I had this creeping feeling that they wouldn't have the right car seat. I had to write back to confirm our reservation, and again on the car seat I said it is for a 1 year old, needs to be rear facing. Right before the trip he writes back, "Oh i do not have rear facing" and... end communication. I wrote back "What kind of seat is it, is it convertible?" and he had dropped at that point. Not exactly reliable for something like an airport shuttle that makes their living on being reliable. Luckily I was able to find another one right before the trip. They might have been a notch more expensive but was 100% more professional and reliable.

They chose today to CANCEL our ride home from the airport for our family of 10 including children leaving us stranded with no options. They did not leave any message today. I got a text the driver was in route earlier this morning and immediately responded this was not correct. I got nothing back. Then got an email we were cancelled. I called to work it out and was meet with horrible customer arrive. No option to talk to a manager and the representative decided to cancel my future trips. And we were already 30 minutes past pickup time. We drove ourselves. After three days I got an email saying they would refund my money. No apology or even an attempt at an explanation. Don't use them. It's not worth the stress.
