    Unfortunately we just had the worst experience with Prestige. We have used them for every family…read morevacation since 2021 and I booked a Sprinter for 10 to be picked up today at 8:45pm. I have a confirmation for that time 8/21 and 11/11. They even asked for confirmation on another trip/flight details on flight and I have no clue there was a problem with today's travel. They attempted to call yesterday when I was on vacation and I was able to get the call....because I was on vacation and had this booked and no clue there was a problem. They chose today to CANCEL our ride home from the airport for our family of 10 including children leaving us stranded with no options. They did not leave any message today. I got a text the driver was in route earlier this morning and immediately responded this was not correct. I got nothing back. Then got an email we were cancelled. I called to work it out and was meet with horrible customer arrive. No option to talk to a manager and the representative decided to cancel my future trips. I can't even believe this has happened and they are leaving us stranded and give no care.

My husband booked a bus with Prestige Transportation for our June 10 wedding. Ten days prior to our wedding (May 31), we received a phone call that our reserved bus would no longer be available as it would be in the shop. To make matters worse, they said no other vehicles were available from their company nor from their partner company's fleets. They offered no solution; just that 10 days out from our wedding, we were on our own. We scrambled to find an available bus from other companies on our own. While we eventually found one, the only one available ended up being hundreds of dollars more expensive than Prestige's would have been. We thought it would be fair for Prestige to compensate us this difference since we ultimately lost money by booking with them; however, after various phone calls, we learned via a manager that the VP didn't feel that they owed us that. TLDR: Prestige cancelled our wedding day transportation 10 days beforehand, and we ultimately lost hundreds of dollars by booking with Prestige.
