Game Day: Doug was timely, welcoming and had great information tips to enhance our experience at The KC Playoff game. He even brought extra jackets and hats just in case we needed them for the extreme cold temperatures. Doug arrived early after the game and communicated frequently to help us connect with him for pick up. We felt very safe knowing Doug was there to take us back to our hotel.
