Tim W. was very knowledgeable about traffic patterns so I was able to schedule a pickup time that significantly reduced the traffic delays others experienced getting to the venue. (Because I listened to him, we avoided sitting in traffic for hours behind a car accident and several stalled vehicles.) Once we arrived at the stadium, he parked in the lot that was near an exit so we were able to leave the stadium complex with ease. Tim W. was personable, polite, and professional. In a couple days they called me back and said that I could have the car but now I had to pay $195 an hour plus minimum of 10 hours. They said of course I could cancel if I wanted to at that price I went ahead and canceled. I was told the reason was that they found out it was the NFL tournament downtown in Kansas City that weekend so that changed the price. I told them I signed a contact but that didn't seem to make a difference. With this kind of business practices, I feel like they will not be able to keep up their business if they treat all their customers this way. Please try another limo service before you try this one. My brother found Hobson's Limousine's phone number (thank goodness for that) and he was there within an HOUR. He was one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met. He made sure we were comfortable and had the best time. I will forever use this company and would suggest it to anyone who asked. Mike was incredible and this company is the one to go with!!!!
