Tim W. was very knowledgeable about traffic patterns so I was able to schedule a pickup time that significantly reduced the traffic delays others experienced getting to the venue. (Because I listened to him, we avoided sitting in traffic for hours behind a car accident and several stalled vehicles.) Once we arrived at the stadium, he parked in the lot that was near an exit so we were able to leave the stadium complex with ease. Tim W. was personable, polite, and professional. Come 5pm when we were supposed to be picked up, no one showed up. We were told they were booked solid and we were out of luck. My brother found Hobson's Limousine's phone number (thank goodness for that) and he was there within an HOUR. He was one of the nicest and most caring people I have ever met.
