Our pickup was scheduled at 4:05 in the morning and no one came at all. No call. No text. Nothing. We called the customer service number and they connected me to three different people over 20 minutes. The final person simply said, "we can have someone there in maybe 20 minutes." And we were already 30 minutes past pickup time. We drove ourselves. After three days I got an email saying they would refund my money. No apology or even an attempt at an explanation. Don't use them. It's not worth the stress.
