Instead, this jerk wanted to sit in my Blindspot for several miles refusing to pass me. Five guys transportation has the worst drivers in the country, do not book with them. I constantly have issues with these jackasses when I am on my way in tailgating and cutting me off in traffic. They are the worst drivers in Kansas City. Our pickup was scheduled at 4:05 in the morning and no one came at all. No call. No text. Nothing. We called the customer service number and they connected me to three different people over 20 minutes. The final person simply said, "we can have someone there in maybe 20 minutes." And we were already 30 minutes past pickup time. We drove ourselves. After three days I got an email saying they would refund my money. No apology or even an attempt at an explanation. Don't use them. It's not worth the stress.
