The guy on the phone was very rude, we originally wanted the bus for 4 hours to go look at Christmas lights with our family and the guy literally told us no and that would be too long. So we booked for 2 hours and he said he would put the deposit through and we would get a confirmation email. He did not do the deposit for like a week and when I texted him to confirm we had the booking, he was very passive aggressive and rude about it. We then called later to plan our route and we were told that they had a route planned and when we asked for the route, they told us that they wouldn't tell us because "the route was proprietary information" and then we could go to the route without their services (even though we had already paid the deposit). Fast forward to the night of the party bus. We got on the bus and that back seat was broken and kept sliding around the entire night. The driver had no idea that there was supposed to be a preplanned route so we wasted 20 mins trying to figure out where to go. This is not a dig at the driver though, he (Wes) was fantastic! After our first stop, he figured out a route and was great, he also let us stay out 20 mins past our scheduled time because of the confusion at the beginning. On top of the terrible initial booking, 15 minutes into our reservation the company texted me "Got your payment with the very minimum tip... thank you" and to clarify the minimum/required tip was 15% and we tipped the driver in cash at the end of the night. I waited till after the bus was over to respond and express my concerns. And their response was them making excuses and saying things like "More than 2 hours was not an option because the Bus was rented out right after you" which was clearly not true as we stayed on the bus longer than we booked for. They did apologize for the experience but it was not very sincere. This is an annual event for our family and we will not be using this company next year.

We hired a hummer limo for the wedding party and an executive coach bus for our out-of-town guests. We came to Showtime with a particularly challenging wedding timeline. Separate ceremony and reception venues, 40 minutes apart, with over half of guests coming in from out-of-town. During the busiest wedding month of the year, October. Our wedding ceremony was at Marjorie Powell Allen Chapel & our wedding reception was at The Guild in downtown KC. The limo went from the hotel to the salon to the ceremony to reception. The bus went from the hotel to the ceremony to reception. After the reception, guests were on their own and it worked out fine. Our only minor complaint was the AC wasn't working on either the limo or the bus. Since it was October, it was bearable & we were able to work out a partial refund with Showtime. Overall, Showtime was professional with excellent customer service. We would hire them again.

In a couple days they called me back and said that I could have the car but now I had to pay $195 an hour plus minimum of 10 hours. They said of course I could cancel if I wanted to at that price I went ahead and canceled. I was told the reason was that they found out it was the NFL tournament downtown in Kansas City that weekend so that changed the price.
