When I arrived for pickup on July 3rd, the van was vandalized from the night before--windows smashed.. The worst part? The branch knew about the damage all day but never called, emailed, or texted me. I only found out after showing up at 4pm--too late to find alternatives before the holiday rush. No 15-passenger vans left. No SUVs (just one 5-passenger car). All minivans on-site were under recall. Branch was understaffed and totally unprepared. This derailed our reunion plans, created huge logistical headaches, and added a ton of unnecessary stress to a major family event I spent months organizing. I spoke with a rep who "escalated" the case, but Enterprise has gone silent: No updates. No apology. No accountability. I'm still hopeful Enterprise will do the right thing. I've given them time, sent a demand letter, and now I'm sharing my experience publicly.

I was quoted $182 for a…read morestandard rental, and before booking, I reviewed their policy, which clearly says: "The deposit amount will be stated in the reservation confirmation email." Well -- there was no deposit amount listed anywhere in my confirmation email. I assumed, based on their policy, that the $300 deposit only applied to luxury or sports vehicles. But when I arrived to pick up the car, I was told a $300 deposit was required for all vehicles, completely contradicting both their policy and the quote I was given. Their Deposit Amount policy first states it's a "potential" of incurring additional amounts. Therefore, it is not guaranteed but possible. Then their policy list the cars this "potential incurring additional amounts" is regarding to and the vehicle I reserved is not on that list which was a simple basic Compact SUV. This unexpected charge completely ruined my trip and left me scrambling. Enterprise failed to honor their own policy, and the lack of transparency is unacceptable. If the deposit had been clearly disclosed upfront -- like the policy claims -- I could have planned accordingly. I won't be booking with Enterprise again unless they fix this and start communicating properly with their customers.

If you enjoy being robbed, go through this Budget. If you prefer being charged the agreed upon price for what you are purchasing. Go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else!! When I arrived, the lady inside handed me a small carbon copy sheet that was already filled out noting the vehicle had "no sand, no glitter, no mud and no pet hair"! Upon inspection I found the car to be covered in mud and the interior had both mud and pet hair. I let the lady know and she got an attitude say "the car had just been cleaned a couple days before", she then grabbed a few wet paper towels and basically smeared the interior dirty/mud on the panels. I told her it was still very dirty, she then stated I just needed to write down the interior was dirty on the carbon sheet. So that's what I did. After much frustration I finally just took the vehicle and had it cleaned at a car wash (I had my kids waiting at home to leave on an 8 day Spring Break road trip) Upon return I was told I would have to pay $210 because the vehicle had pet hair and was dirty inside. I was forced to then take it to a car wash a vacuum out the pet hair (note- never had an animal in the vehicle). Please see the attached before pictures. Absolutely amazing. Bottom line- I do not recommend this company or this location.

There were no other customers in the store, we asked if he could help us with finding another store that could meet our needs & he stated,"We don't have Wi-Fi!". So rude & hateful, it disgusted me he works in customer service! I'm thankful for the ladies at this location, they were a pleasure to work with & we bought 2 beautiful recliners! The vehicle was clean, premium as ordered, large trunk,…read morehybrid... and I spent less than $35 in gas for a 170 mile round trip drive with sightseeing and used it for Halloween as well just because. It had adaptive cruise control which I wasn't familiar with, but being a computer guy, had figured out in minutes. This plus efficiency, heated and cooled seats, easy key fob etc. made the trip that much more relaxing and comfortable. To top it off, the gentlemen who served me at the pickup and drop-off were prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Aired it up before we left for our trip and it consistently kept going down. Everyone that we had talked to through the company had no help to give. Not a reliable rental company!
