My rental was in an accident (not my fault). I cooperated fully -- returned the car, got a replacement, called back to share my claim number. Right after that call, they silently charged $500 to my card without any authorization. My deductible is only $250. When I called to ask why, the rep was rude and hung up on me. No transparency. BUYER / RENTER BEWARE!!! As many have described, this location is not renter/customer friendly. BE SPECIFICIALLY CAUTIOUS IF YOU HAVE A YOUNG DRIVER OR FIRST TIME RENTER. THEY ARE PROMOTING OVERKILL COVERAGE AND TAKING ADVANATAGE OF PEOPLE. We (MY SON & I) recently had to use this location for an INSURANCE COMPANY PROVIDED Rental Car (Son's was seriously damaged by another driver - who is covering the expense). It took 3-5 phone calls to schedule - plan the pick up with the Body Shop and Progressive Insurance. After getting the car (Nissan Versa) things appeared fine, until 3 weeks into the rental and we get a $767 bill directly from ENTERPRISE for incidentals. My son picked up the rental and was persuaded to accept the coverage as 'what most people do to be safe'. $767 in fees for 3 weeks for a rental we are not responsible for and our regular insurance and or credit card benefits covers us 100%. So, my son (24 year old) was inconvenienced by the accident, trustworthy enough to trust the ENTERPRISE REP, and was billed $767 - more than he earns in a week. 3 WEEK RENTAL FOR THIS CAR IS ONLY $500. TOTAL SCAM!! We stopped in to see the manager at this location "PETER" who told us there is nothing he could do and that the coverages were all great things and he highly recommends them. He refused to do anything or even apologize for confusion or coercion to enroll. YES - we realize that the world is tough and buyer beware is the way it is, but it is sad it takes $767 to help a young person think before they trust a sales person - even in your local town's business. This not only changes our view of this location but will stop us from ever using Enterprise for any future services (Vacations, local renters, moving, etc). We have also contacted the BBB, Attorney General, and others for assistance. Please avoid them. read more

I'll never rent from this place again. When we had our large SUV in the body shop for repair we were promised a comparable vehicle. Cam said we would get a Yukon or equivalent. We have 3 kids in car seats. When they showed up in a small SUV, the rep proceeded to argue with us about it. The excuse was there is an SUV shortage. I asked why they didn't call me when they realized they weren't going to make good on their promise. They rolled their eyes. Long story short, we couldn't get all three kids in car seats because there was not enough room. This felt like bait and switch as I would have gone with another provider had we known this ahead of time. I had to call over and again to get put into a new vehicle. They had no cars, only minivans. The rude, prissy ginger, 'Cameron', wanted to argue over my reservation being at 10am, when I made the reservation three weeks ago with 'Abbey' for 9am. At first he told me to wait 15 mins, and he'd have a car for me, then after 20 mins he admitted they had no cars, but he 'could have put me in a minivan for a small upcharge , had I been more patient' I got a much better car and proper customer service at Hertz. Don't waste your time here, or with any Enterprise. I had a similar experience at the Dublin location before getting a new Corolla and REAL customer service at Hertz! read more

The customer service at this location was very disappointing. I understand things come up, I work in retail and understand at times there's nothing you can do. What you can control is how you treat the customer and the situation and the follow up. The review is based on the lack of follow up, and communication. I called the location 5 times each time they told me they would reach out to me but never did. I was told the by the assistant manager Mitch, the manager Lauren was busy running errands during the time I was told I would receive a call. Mitchell also told me they were way too under staffed and dealing with a lot right now, I wasn't sure how to respond to that. He gave my the cell number of the area manager James Pierce (JP) The area manager James Pierce was unresponsive I left 3 voicemails voicing my concerns in detail, once at 5pm the day of, the next day at 9am and again at 1pm, he never once acknowledged my call. I understand sometimes you can only do what you can but poor follow up and communication, or lack of when you promise you will follow up is unacceptable. read more

I should have checked the reviews before I drove all the way out here. I don't think I'm that old but times have really changed from when we rented a car when I was a kid. The cars were usually clean inside and out when you got them. This car looked like it had been sitting for weeks, windows were dirty , the roof inside had marks all over it, looked like someone had a dog in the back where they licked the windows. The car even had body damage. The excuse I was given was that their location didn't have a wash bay. How about driving 5 seconds across the parking lot to the Get-Go and taking it through the car wash. While you're there, fill up the tank above the quarter tank you gave me so I don't have to stop on my way outta town. Do better. read more

I was told by every employee that I would get a 300 dollar refund when I drop vehical off. It took me 6 weeks to get an answer about it. Appreciate all the representatives at this local Enterprise location...but my issue, apparently unique makes me wonder about inability to handle some situations. The truck I rented was great no problems for weeks I had it until the fob decided not to work. Ok you say to yourself it had to be the battery right? Nope! So next thought use the backup key that is in the fob right? Nope. I could not get back into the vehicle! You say ok get Enterprise to come out and just open the truck, right? Nope. No way to get in! The key was not keyed for the door. Ok now the local representative, Peter, went out of his way on his own time to bring me another truck. He would wait for their road side assistance to get him in the truck. Nope. Roadside could access either. The truck is towed to their car service center. It would need to locksmith to open. I am on day 4 waiting. No call no text for 2 days! My personal property is being held hostage!!! You say well you can't have that much stuff in there to worry about, right? Nope yes I do. I have 2 garage remotes, purse, 2 gkids car seats, my handicap sticker, my medications, my favorite snow boots, my "if I need it" bag with miscellaneous this is just to make a few! So you would thing that I'm not the only this had to happen to, right? Moral of the story is to make sure you check that you have a back up key....that works!!!!! read more

Terrible experience. The follow up and customer service was sub standard at best. I was called by someone for a survey and when I provided feedback I was told someone would contact me. When they did. I returned their call only to be placed on hold for more than 25 minutes. Clearly they didn't want my feedback. I rented a car from this branch. They A/C went out after 14 Days. I was told I had to drive over 45 miles to the airport location to swap the vehicle. When I swapped out the vehicle I was given a new rental and there wasn't even fuel in the vehicle. I ran out leaving the airport. The vehicle I returned was full. I will never do business with Enterprise again. No one has even attempted to make my experience right. I plan on having my corporate fleet use a different rental car company going forward. read more

Just returned my car at the dealership (Dan Tobin) in powell oh. as was planned with Powell Ohio Enterprise. Mitchell with the Powell entrprise office said they could not find my car at the dealership. That they did pick up a car there which was the same make and model that I rented but it was not mine that they picked up. We went round and round on this , the dealership even verified that they indeed did pick up MY rental, Mitchel insisted they did not. Finally after many phone calls and me going to the dealership in person Mtchell did admit they had my car after all and then he hung up on me. This person was very rude to me during the whole ordeal and insinuated that I was in trouble. Where as the whole time the mix up was on there end. Terrible experiance will never rent from them again. Now wonder the majority of other reviews are so negative. I expect an apology from Enterprise but I'm sure I wont recieve one ! read more

Don't expect any help here if you have a Reservation transfer to this location. My reservation was transferred from another location, instead of the employees trying to work with me and the transferring location they samiply said No! No vehicle for you. When I called the location that had my original reservation they said let me call the store, camron-made no effort to try and accommodate me or the other store. This guy should not be in customer service. I'm posting this to say if your reservation is transferred don't show up until you have the transferring store make sure you have a vehicle at the location. read more
