Great business to deal with and very fair rates. Will definitely use this business again when I need to rent a car.

I rented a car at Enterprise in Dublin Ohio Parameter Loop Road, around December 18th. There was already issues from the start. First, for some reason, because I had an out of state license, my father had to use his credit card for the up front deposit. But they still ran my card at the beginning so they could have it on file. I extended my rental about three times. Every time I extended my rental, I was charged for that extension right away. I know because I was checking my bank account before and after, making sure I had enough funds. I return the car on December 28th and everything seems fine, but randomly two weeks after dropping the car off, I get charged $1033.10 on January 10th. No warning, no explanation. I look through my bank account and see all the original charges that were made after each extension of the rental, and those charges were gone, nothing was there. Two weeks later I get charged the total lump sum and I go -$601 in my checking reserve. Why would you initially charge my account showing charges, then those disappear and two weeks later I get charged the lump sum when I didn't have $1033.10 in my checking account. You can't expect people who budgeted to rent a car over holiday break to have those same funds in their bank two weeks after the holidays. I lost a lot of money and now I'm struggling this month to pay my bills I would like for Enterprise to issue a refund, even if its a partial refund as its unfair to have that amount taken out with no notice especially when it occurred two weeks after I dropped the rental car off. You can't expect people to have over $1000 in their account randomly. I had the money in my account during the holidays, I didn't have that money after the holidays. I rented the car during the holiday, not after, so I should have been charged during the holiday, not after. read more

Enterprice Rent-A- Car location 6756 Perimeter Loop in Dublin, Ohio. This place is very biased towards people of color. I called them on a Monday to get my rental due to an accident. The manager stated that she had a mid-size car available. I told her that we wanted a different mid-size car. She became rude to me and said I won't have a car until Wednesday. We went to enterprice Rent-A car on Wednesday she still gave us the same car that she had that Monday when I talked to her. There was a second person (male) there with her that he was attending a transaction with another customer. He stopped and went to get the keys for that same car that she told me about that she had on Monday for us. This car that we received had brakes and mechanical issues. I called her to make her aware of the issues and that this could have caused us to be in another accident she became rude and nasty, and she told me to drive the car over to the enterprice Rent-A car on Cleveland ave location. I asked her to send a tow truck to us with another car, and they can pick up this car that has brake and mechanical issues (dangerous). She stated I'll connect you with customer service, and she disconnected the call. I received horrible service. I had to wait on hold for customer service for over an hour to make arrangements for Uber to pick me up and take me to the airport to get another car. When my grandson and I arrived there I was told we don't rent cars due to auto insurance accident I told the young lady that they sent me here and she sent me to the back after waiting over hours they finally gave me a car after 9:40pm. I called corporate office and reported the issue nothing was resolved. We have received bad experience from the location on Cleveland Ave. In columbus ohio as well. I can't post until I add a star rating. They don't deserve any star. read more

Made a reservation and confirmed it in person two days in advance. When I got to the rental office the day of the pick up I was told they did not have the car style (sedan) I had reserved. Taking my elderly mother-in-law on a 10 hour drive was not going to be easy in a rough riding vehicle. That and the fact that the SUV I was given was going to get 10 mpg less than a sedan. Got in the vehicle and the tank was 3/4 full. Amazing lack of customer support and satisfaction. read more

Had reservation for an suv. They picked me up in a dirty mini cooper and when I arrived, there were no notes on my record. They actually wanted me to take the dirty mini cooper instead of what I ordered. Terrible customer service. Will never use them again read more

I would give a minus zero if possible. Enterprise left me in a lurch Oct. 10, 2023. I called the listed number and explained my car broke down and I needed a rental that day for one/two days. I was told a car was available and given a confirmation number. Car was to be ready at 1:30. On way there received a call from manager and told no car but minivan was available. Got there three minutes later and told no car or minivan available. The manaer seemed to blame me for the same day car reservation. Explained why it was last minute but was by told reservations that a car was available and was given confirmation. He asked me to return at 4:00 cause cars at firestone and needed cleaning. Called at 3:45 told no car was available. The business card the manager gave me to call him had the reservation center number and I was told they did not have a telephone number at the perimeter location!! Pointed out this is terrible customer service service and asked why no direct office number. In any event I did not get a car or call from them. Luckily I was able to call Hertz at 4:00 and was able to pick up car within the hour. Again, Enterprise left me with no car, no call to inform me no car available, no number for me to reach the perimeter office. I was left in a lurch. Never, ever, will I contact Enterprise again and I would not recommend them to even my enemy. read more

I can't speak to the rental experience from this location. I stopped in due to a bolt in my tire (car from different location). I was greeted immediately and helped to my satisfaction. Thank you for your help! I would recommend based on my customer experience with this location. I witnessed them going above and beyond with another customer that was there for rental. read more

Tough to evaluate because even a full day after my reservation, they still haven't come up with a car for me. This has happened twice at this location. I hope to avoid using Enterprise entirely in the future but unfortunately this is what the at-fault driver's insurance provides. Be warned that although they will make a reservation for you, it doesn't mean that they will actually have a car for you at that time. read more

My insurance had set up a car rental to be picked up on Saturday. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was told that there were no cars available until Tuesday. I had the reservation confirmation, but was still told they had no car for me. Basically this left me with no vehicle, and they simply didn't care! read more

The great: My insurance hooked these guys up for me while my car was in the bodyshop. The appointment made on the phone work out well, was short, efficient and timely. They came and picked me up 10-minutes before the scheduled time. The not so great, but not so bad: You ever get the feeling walking into a business that things are a little chaotic. That's what I felt there. They seemed not to know why I was there even though things were pre-set up, until the paperwork was found by another employee. Then the employee ran out the door yelling at a customer about something. It just seemed like things were out-of-hand. And then they gave me my car. Now all I needed was something to get to work and for emergency purposes; a well maintained Gremlin would do. What did they give me? A 7-seat Suburban! That's 6-seats too much. But I took it. So basically I drove a bus for three days. I can only imagine that later that day a family of 7 from Peoria came in for their pre-arranged Suburban and all they had was a Fiat. This is my go-to place for renting a car as it is relatively close to my home. I can usually get out of there pretty quick and they usually have a full size car when I ask for one. Last time they did not have a full size car but a nice employee named Noah found a Ford F150 for me - which was just fine. I just like the way bigger vehicles drive. Everything was fine - my only complaint (dropped a star) is that too often the gas gauge is NOT full when you pick up the car - which requires some effort to bring it back at the same level. 2 times rented due to insurance claim. Both times ordered full size car and they tried both times to give me a compact car. Had to wait 1/2 hr each time to find a full size. Car had 1/4 tank of gas and were dirty on the outside. The business is very busy there and I think the car selection is very limited. Parking is a preminum at location. Employees run around like they do not know what's up. I dealt with the Sawmill location in pst and mot this way. The need more help and more cars to supply people's request, not to just get us in and out the door within 5 seconds. read more

Rented a Jeep from here. It was good service when I rented the vehicle. I returned vehicle two days early and questioned why I wasn't refunded any money. I was explained on weekly rental if you return two days early it's same price as the week. Adam got upset with me when I said I wouldn't return there but I'm good and he just hung up on me. Customers do NOT need service like that. I'll take business somewhere else. read more

I used this location for a company vehicle. Fast friendly great staff easy to work with. We needed a cargo van to use and they came through for us with no problem. When we visited my parents in October, we decided to take a side trip to Canton to visit the Pro Football HOF. We rented a car for that purpose, and it couldn't have been easier. There was a bit of a wait when we got there at opening time on Saturday morning, but the car fit our purposes. We were able to drop off the car on Sunday and to leave the keys in the dropbox because we were flying out of Ohio on Monday. read more

So i was giving a reservation by insurance company for a full size car. I am dropping my car off in the evening after work and would need the care picked up after i drop mine off for repairs. They call me and tell me that they wouldn't be able to accommodate my request but tomorrow morning would work. Not sure what happens between 5:30 pm and 8 am the next morning. They call another location and get me a compact care. When my insurance company reserves me a full size and if you don't have it you go to the next one up not down. I am not happy and the location could care less about my needs they just wanted me to get into a car so they can get paid by the insurance company. read more

Rarely do they have the car you reserved. Gave them another shot this morning, called to see if they had cars to rent. The guy said they had only pick up trucks. And then, after he went to check his inventory said they had an suv. I show up and was handed keys to a compact car. No thank you. I asked about an suv and was promptly grilled about where was I going, how many people, what do I normally drive. And then was told that suv has been reserved by someone else. At the end of day, I'd just like to hear truth about what they actually have available. Don't make me drive there only to be disappointed. read more

Not my first bad experience with this location....First, let me say I use Enterprise all over the country to the tune of thousands of dollars a year, typically at airport locations where I have never had a significant issue. In addition I encourage my staff to use them. This particular location which is conveniently located near my home and office is the exception. Made a rental reservation on-line. Chose to modify that reservation....and, after calling and confirming, just to be safe, I went to the location five days in advance to confirm that the vehicle class I was in need of would be available at the date and time I required. They chose to make a new reservation to be certain to accommodate...I specifically asked and told them that the vehicle class I was in need of better be available....to which I was assured it would. Of course they could not provide what specific make of vehicle, but that it would be one of the full sized SUV options. My last words were - "I am on a tight schedule and I am going to be pissed if it is not here Monday morning..." "Yes sir, it will be". Famous last words. Morning of rental I received a call - of course it was regarding my original rental reservation (that was supposed to be canceled) and saying it would not be available on time...and of course, the correct vehicle I requested would not be available at the time requested either. Went to location over an hour after desired rental time and still no vehicle and a crowd in the lobby with similar frustrations.... Canceled and left angry. Called corporate and gave them one chance to find me what I was looking for - a full sized SUV. Drove halfway to another location where corporate reservations said a vehicle was available...only to be disappointed again. Moral of the story - stay away from THIS location and other satellite operations. They will promise whatever you want only to fit you into whatever meager stock they have. Stick with the airport, or look elsewhere...Hertz took care of me, and I was on the way 30 minutes later. read more

I dscovered I messed up my rental compared to my company's policy and they helped me put everything right, redocument things and all with a minimum of effort on my part so I didn't end up unreimbursed for charges. read more

I rented a car recently from Enterprise. I was happy with the service representative and I was happy with the location in Dublin on Avery Road. I was not pleased with the rental car I was given. I reserved a mid-size and was given a 2016 Dodge Charger. I found the car to be dirty upon delivery. As I drove it to Florida, the car was loud with many vibrations. The oil was long overdue to be changed, as indicated by the window sticker. The mileage was over 44,000. When one must rent , one does expect that car to be of nicer quality. read more
