I also had a last minute change on our return trip, and Armen was able to accommodate us with no problem.

A user friendly website with detailed information made Ohio Limo a priority visit. The easy to find, yet nondescript building, along with a field of randomly parked limousines, shuttle buses, and a school bus, had me knowing I was in the right place. During my first visit with Greg, the owner, I knew I wanted to do business here. There was no high pressure sales pitch or shady business dealings. Greg had a genuine interest in what my plans are and shared invaluable information. Not only did I get a lesson in vehicle engine types and state laws, but also small business ownership information too. After a few visits, test drives, inspections and insurance quotes, I'm ready to wheel and deal, to sign on the dotted line. It was truly the excellent customer service - Greg's professionalism, business knowledge, and referrals that had me convinced I had found my vehicle. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, depends on how you look at it, timing is everything. Out of nowhere, a little unknown virus puts my business ideas along with a lot of other peoples plans on hold for now. I'm sincerely looking forward to doing business with Greg at Ohio Limo once things get back to a new normal.

The day of the event everything pretty much went off without a hitch minus one slight miscommunication where the party bus showed up at the wrong time on the day of. However, after calling and talking with the manager the issue was resolved very quickly and they were able to adjust to the correct time that I had scheduled the bus for. They were very apologetic for the miscommunication and handled everything accordingly to ensure that I still had a party bus for my event. We rented the bus for four hours and designated a pick up and drop off location. During the four hours our driver took us wherever we requested so we were able to bar hop around and enjoy drinking on the bus. Our bus driver was awesome and very accommodating. He was there to pick us up on time and was very quick with communicating on pick up after each bar we stopped at. We were having such a great time that we even asked if we could extend the bus an extra hour in which he allowed with no problem. All in all it was a night to remember and we all enjoyed the added aspect of the party bus. I will definitely go through Columbus coach again in the future for any other transportation services that I may need.

It was my transfer point for a Greyhound trip from Greenville, SC to Buffalo, NY. I arrived on a beautiful Baron's bus... at 4 A.M. on Monday November 21, 2022. My bus to Cleveland, the next transfer point, was scheduled for 6 A.M. The Baron's driver "warned" us (though I did not at the time realize it was a warning) that we would be indoors, that there would be security and we would be safe enough, but that there were no services. She failed to mention that restrooms are considered a "service." There were three portapotties. There was a larger portapottie for handicapped, but that was locked and out of order. There were no vending machines. I saw zero security until 8 A.M., which must be when the security shift starts. The temperature in Columbus that morning was about 22 degrees F. The temperature in the garage could not have been over 45. My 6 A.M. bus never came. I was not able to leave until a Greyhound bus came at 8 A.M. I am 76. There were other elderly passengers there, but also a few people with young children, including an infant and some toddlers. The portapotties smelled so bad within 5 feet of them, that only the desperate would dare open a door to one. Around 7:30 A.M. a truck drove in with 2 supposedly empty portapotties. I can't imagine which of the full potties the driver would choose to leave behind, what his instructions might possibly be. I used to live in Ohio: Warrensville Heights, Toledo, Maumee. I have visited Columbus and other cities. I have traveled through Cincinnati and Columbus many times via Greyhound. But not for several years. Columbus used to have a very nice, clean, real terminal; with vending and/or food service, and with real restrooms; so did Cincinnati. A fellow passenger told me that the Cincinnati terminal is worse than the one in Columbus. I find that hard to believe. COTA stands for Central Ohio Transit Authority. All of Central Ohio should be ashamed that this garage is what people from other states are subjected to when traveling by bus. That this garage represents the city of Columbus to the many travelers passing through. The stink remains even now, a whole week later, as does the bone-chilling cold -- inside. There were a couple of ceiling heaters, but no fans to direct the heat downward. (pssst COTA: warm air rises.) Yes, there was a small lighted booth with two employees who could answer questions, or try, about late or missing buses. They were also able to apologize for the portapotties. For over 50 years, I have loved traveling this great country by bus and by train, and by car. My Buffalo to Greenville was done by Amtrak. Perhaps my review of this terminal would be better directed at Greyhound, but Greyhound has so many problems it seems, that any complaint would be sent to the bottom of the pile. But that the city of Columbus, the capital city of Ohio, should be seen represented by this terminal by so many people who have never been there before and may never again, saddens me. A week ago, when I was there, I was disgusted. Now I'm just saddened.
