They called 5 times to make sure they had mine and my sister's correct contact information. It seemed like they were very organized and prepared, but that could not be more wrong. We booked the party bus to transport the wedding party and wedding guests to our after party location. The bus never showed up. I requested the driver only contact my sister if need be as I was the bride and not on my phone. They only called me once, left a voicemail that was completely unintelligible words. My sister called that number back after she noticed I had a missed call. The driver answered, then hung up. She called again, he said call the management company, but didn't provide a number. My sister eventually found the number and got ahold of the management team. They offered no solution. The groom called management again and they offered to come pick us up at the after party location, but still for an extra cost. My husband asked for a refund and they refused. I cannot believe the horrible customer service we experienced. I will say Sabrina was our point of contact until we ran into any issues and she was so sweet, sounded genuinely excited for us every time we spoke. The owner of the company was rude when my husband spoke with him, and the driver was absolutely awful and unprofessional on the phone. Obviously nothing could ruin our amazing perfect day, but this definitely put a wrench in the after party celebrations. I will NEVER allow my friends or family to book from this company. Thank god my credit card company was able to dispute the charge and I got a refund that way. This experience was absolutely ridiculous. update: i've received word from my sister Sabrina was NOT helpful. i take it back.

Since it was only myself, my request was to be picked up after a celebration dinner at 9:30pm near the Grandview/Tri village area. Kristin was Awesome, she was actually a little early & texted me to let me know all I needed to do was text her back when I was ready and she would pull Up front to the restaurant & pick me up. Kristin was so personable, kind & professional. The vehicle itself was comfortable, very clean & easy to spot when It approached me for my pick up. The best part is the price comparison to Lyft this is such a no brainer ~ for piece of mind in my safely, the easy set up for the ride, great communication, knowing I'm supporting a small business for literally just a few dollars more & a great experience it's a 100 percent recommendation for sure! DO NOT USE THIS AGENT…read more Jeannie left an entire group of 8 people at the airport stranded (their flight was canceled) so she could get a better flight and get to Aruba sooner. Wish I could say this was the only time her service was that bad. She also left another family that she had booked with that group (she piggy backed them on the large group so they could get the discount) at the airport and they were delayed two days. She gave one passenger the wrong flight info so that person missed her flight. She "booked an event" for a group of 20 but only had 5 seats reserved. She has to be the worst travel agent I have ever seen. Its seriously a joke.

I am a double amputee so until I get my prothesises I do not have the luxury of a wheelchair. Because the ride was " confirmed" I was discharged from the facility. Safe Ride cancelled that day. Because of that the facility I am in was charging me private pay for to stay and said it cannot help since I have because I have been discharged and Safe Ride cancelled on me two more times. It is irresponsible and, I think cruel to not have followed through. Do not ambulances have stretchers/ cots? or do the patients have to sit up in wheelchairs? I would have gladly have taken a transport for a wheelchair but the ambulance service takes one from door to door so there was no way I could get into bed Health concerns with stretchers and cots are the same with ALL patients! Called Safe Ride Handicapped Transport and the number was disconnected. Great all round customer service that should go in the annals of Public Services as the most UNRELIABLE. AN UPDATE: In the middle of my former despair, I received a call from Safe Ride Customer Service from Management stating they are very sorry for the cancellations etc. The ambulance I would have had to arrange carried an initial upfront cost of over $500.00. The company offered to pay for my ride home!! I am certain that this type of generosity was a real exception. My dilemma was solved much to my great relief. So I am basically undoing the strong negativity to thank this company for their incredible generosity. So I give Safe Ride four stars.
