The vehicle that arrived was a 16-18 passenger Hummer H2. The interior of the Hummer H2's door fell off upon the driver's attempt to close it (we have photos). The vehicle had Zero Air Conditioning and no ice was provided. Upon further examination, the wheel wells were dented, the rear black areas were faded to grey, and the driver's side exterior was significantly scratched and rusted. We decline the use, and were not provided transportation services because the vehicle was not safely operational and would not fit our party of individuals. Immediately, on the day of (during out wedding) we placed a call into the office. Additionally, the driver communicated with his dispatch. The company offered to communicate a resolution by Monday. Although many attempts have been made in the last two months to communicate (messages have been left with the representatives) with this company both book representatives Nicole and Amanda have failed to provide an opportunity to speak with Mr. Evan Ellis the Operations Manager. We are requesting a full refund. However, to this day no resolution has been discussed because management is not willing to communicate. Additionally, the booking representatives have failed to provide a resolution. This company did not provide transportation as contracted. Nor did they provide comparable or safe transportation for our contract.

Of course, winning the game was very exciting, but that was out of Travel Partners control. What was in their control was very well done. The busses were there on time with great drivers. The lunches were good, and snacks and drinks were plentiful. The hotel was only four miles from campus, so the trip to and from the fame was quicker than I expected. The tail-gate before the game and the party Friday night was filled with short lines for food, and there was a band Friday and big TV screens Saturday to watch other games. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is the third football trip we have taken with Travel Partners and I wouldn't consider going with anyone else! Great trip! Go Bucks! The only problem is that he has low patience and tolerance for children. During our Washington D.C tour many children had commented and complained about the rude and offensive mannerisms of our guide. He would often use a stern and commanding voice, which would be fine except for the fact that in a young teens eyes this seems rude and scary. He is just overall unsociable and is not capable of working with and handling children. So with that, I recommend not choosing Larry for your school's D.C trip no matter the price.

I had a list of particular things that were important to me in choosing where to stay. I gave Angel my list and she came back to me quickly with a list of properties. We took a look at everything and one really caught our attention-Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. It's an all inclusive family resort, on a calm and beautiful beach, with high ratings. She told me it checked off every box we had. After a 7 night stay, I can confirm this 100%. This resort was everything we wanted and more. We aren't the type of people to stay in one place for 7 days but we found everything at this resort so incredible that we never left it. Our 6 year old had the time of his life there, and so did we! The resort was stunning, clean and inviting at every turn. The staff was hospitable, kind, and attentive. The food was plentiful and delicious. The beach was calm enough for us to feel comfortable with a younger child who is still learning how to swim well. The resort also has activities geared towards kids and a Kids Club where the adults could have an evening or two for a date. Angel knew exactly which resort was the one for us! Angel also arranged our transportation from the airport to the resort and back to the airport. The transport was clean, air conditioned well and efficient. They came ready with drinks and snacks - we couldn't get enough of the plantain chips! The airport transport area was hectic and I was very glad to have already arranged our transport - the driver also found us which was very welcomed after a long travel day. My husband and I love travel and love trying new places. We typically do not return to a destination because there's so much of the world to see - however we both already are talking about when we should return to Punta Cana to stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana again! This vacation was everything we desired it to be! Thank you Angel and Island Travel!

Ike has been a complete lifesaver during the COVID crisis…read more Last year as we were planning our wedding, we were trying to figure out where we should go on our honeymoon. We wanted it to be a bigger and more exciting trip than we would normally take. We decided on Greece for our late April 2020 honeymoon after deeply considering Spain and Italy (yes, good thing we didn't choose those countries!) To remove some stress from all of the planning, we decided to hire a travel agent to organize the hotels, flights, and some events we wanted to attend. I was familiar with Ike from many choir trips he organized for my high school and thought he would be a good choice. We were excited and had just received our fancy itinerary booklet. Then, COVID hit. We had to postpone our wedding, and with travel being a complete disaster, we needed to postpone our honeymoon as well. On top of rescheduling vendors and contacting our guests (and working crisis comms for my job) I would have NEVER had time to replan an entire 10 day honeymoon. Thankfully, Ike has been advocating for us and keeping us in the loop with updates. Travel is still a little uncertain especially with airlines, but I am so thankful it's not on my plate right now. I would definitely recommend Reynolds Travel for your next big adventure (or even a small adventure)!
