Took a trip on this bus for a Cleveland Browns game to tailgate. Had a great time so decided to book again for a Cincinnati Bengals game on November 26th. The driver of the bus helped me load items that we would be using throughout the day, including a crockpot and toaster, as well as coolers and other items. A few miles into the trip, I plugged in a toaster, and we lost all power in the back of the bus. We had no TVs, no lights, and no heat. The driver pulled off the side of the freeway to see if he could fix what we all potentially thought was a blown fuse. He was unsure what to do and we decided to proceed with our trip thinking surely this company would somehow either instruct the driver on how to fix the problem or send a repairman to fix the problem. When we got to the game we were unable to use the exterior TVs, speakers, or awning to shelter us from the little bit of rain we had during the game. Again when we returned back to Columbus, we had no heat, no TVs, and no lights. Glad I brought blankets. When we arrived back home, we were told by the driver we would be contacted by the owner. The owner reached out three days after our trip and to say he was sorry that we had problems during our trip but we were not supposed to plug-in small appliances, and that the outlets were only for things like computers and cell phones. Nowhere on this bus is there any signage instructing that. This area is also set up as a counter space above a refrigerator and trashcan with cut outs for things like bottles and such. In addition, as I mentioned earlier, the driver helped me carry the crockpot and toaster on the van so that seems like a really good opportunity to perhaps mention that these things could not be plugged in during our trip. Sadly, the owner has not offered to discount any portion of our trip. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use their services nor recommend them to anyone else based on this experience. I suggest looking to other vendors if you want customer service especially for you brides out there. Nothing would ruin a wedding day more than having power go out in a bus when it's 40 degrees outside and your bridal party is trying to stay warm. Terribly disappointed. read more
