It would be under 15 minutes. When I finally pulled into the shop, they scanned my car and informed me that they did not have the filter in order to do my oil change. Why they couldn't have checked this when I first arrived is beyond me. I then asked if they could check another store to confirm if they had the filter; they called the store, but there is no answer. I drove to the other store, I have to wait behind two cars, and this whole oil change ordeal is gonna take me three hours. So much for Valvoline's promise of 15 minutes oil change and you're out. Worst is that they offered no compensation for the terrible service experience .

The staff responded immediately and did their best to assist us. We truly appreciate the quick action and effort from the team, especially Nick, who went above and beyond to help us. The manager (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) was also very supportive, and we are grateful for everyone who stepped in to assist. While most of the team was extremely helpful and professional, there was one younger employee who seemed in "awe" of the inconvenience and did not actively participate in helping during the situation much, which was disappointing.
