Had an unexpected warranty issue across the street and had car reservation made here. They were busy so we walked over as family to get car. The good .... Kyle (checkout) and his colleague which took in return a day later. They made process easy and without issue. Kyle was quick and efficient more so than expected. The challenge ... the car. We got an overused and dirty Nissan Altima with 50 thousand hard miles. The fabric interior was stained and car appeared to have been lowered, likely shocks worn out. It did get good gas mileage and smelled ok overall. As was a very temporary need so no reason to get upset or request change. The bad .... Thanksgiving week and manager was dealing with several missing large cars having oil changes yet being reserved. His answer was to tell clients (2) to come back after 2pm. What .... Maintenance should be handled off season and outside of peak times. Manager could have had units ready to go, or offers to drive these clients (with reservations) to another location. Glad we didn't entrust him and a holiday reservation. He appeared to lack any empathy for his errors in scheduling. Offered one a RAV4 when the 7 passenger vehicle was not ready, not even comparable in size and comfort. read more

Rented a car by the week for past 3 weeks. On 3rd week I woke up to my retired grandmother in a panic crying saying Eric from enterprise called her saying he is going to report the car stolen. I have not one call, not one voicemail, not one attempt to collect money. I have spent thousands at this enterprise. Eric is mad that he followed me on Instagram and I did not follow him back. If you come here they will blackmail you. I did not have to pay my weekly bill after Eric blackmailed because company does not want to get sued. But they are getting sued by me. This location will not be here long, I will buy it with money I get from suing them and turn it into a Hertz which is a much better rental car company go there instead! First I'll start by saying I was hesitant to rent from this Enterprise location because of the negative reviews. Honestly I am happy I gave them an opportunity because now, I think this may be my new go to location. I reserved my vehicle after hours on the website, on the Friday of Memorial weekend. I called first thing Friday morning and Matt confirmed they had my vehicle waiting for me. Big plus because I have waited hours at another local location even with my reservation weeks in advance. Once I arrived, Taylor assisted me with my checkout. Extremely courteous and apologetic for not being able to pick me up as an added service. I completely understood and didn't make a big deal. After all it is a holiday weekend in sunny South Florida, they must be slammed. Because of this minor inconvenience, I was offered a percentage off my reservation, which I never expected but definitely appreciated. Horrific experience. Amex confirmed the car type IN WRITING (days before) which I needed because I have house guests. The car type was an SUV. After waiting for 30+ minutes (absolutely no urgency by the staff)....the clerk confirms the car type, runs my credit card, makes me wait 20 more minutes, takes me to the lot and says "here are the keys to your mustang convertible". Horrific training. Clueless customer service. This is why people get frustrated with businesses in southeast Florida. They will waste your time and look at you like "what's the problem?" To whom it may concern: August 31st- I rent a vehicle from Enterprise (2831 N federal HWY) September 1st - I return the vehicle to the same location, less than 24 hours later. September 11th - I return to Canada where I reside. September 13th - I am charged $1350.00 (CAD) on my credit card from Enterprise. I follow up with them immediately and I am directed to the store manager, Eric. I tell him the story how I was charged 12 days instead of 1 but he does not believe me. He was very hesitant to help or do anything because he thought I was trying to scam. He finally agrees to launch an investigation where they will check cameras of the location where it was dropped off. (Apparently the vehicle was dropped off at an Airport location on September 12th). I clearly explain how it is impossible because I was already in Canada on September 11th and had the documents to support that but this did not seem to matter to him. Fast forward to a week later when I follow up with Eric. He then tells me that the cameras are very blurry and they were not able to determine who dropped off the vehicle. At this point I am losing my patience and I insist that he connects me with corporate or someone that can hear me out / help rectify the situation. He disconnects the call and when I try to follow up, nobody at the Enterprise location would answer the phone. It got to the point where I had to block my caller ID just so they would not see the Canadian area code. At this point I knew I was not getting anywhere so I tried to contact my credit card company but they insisted I talk to Enterprise about getting a refund. I also have reached out to corporate office on 3 different occasions having to explain the story again and again and again....They all said they would investigate with the branch and follow up with me but I was not contacted once. Then and only then did I resort to social media. This has been a very stressful and unnecessary situation that I have had to deal with for 4 months now. Fast forward to today December 21st 2022; My cousin (who resides in Florida) went to the location with me on FaceTime trying to talk to the employees to see if something could be done. Eric simply did not want to hear it and said "he didn't do the reservation so he can't do anything about it" Initially I was told Eric, the store manager, was the only one who could issue a refund. Now I'm being told by that same manager that nothing can be done, and instead of directing me to someone that could help, he simply walked away. Bad service. I had to use a rental because my car was hit by another driver and his insurance Geico sent me to this Enterprise office. I was told that all cars are 'smoke-free' and if I smoke I will be charged etcetera, etcetera but as I started driving, I discovered a horrible smoke stink that seemed to be embedded in the AC and can't come out anymore. I don't smoke and no one in my family does, so I called their office and asked for a replacement and what I was told on the phone was a joke! A lady said 'We wont be able to replace the car, there are no other cars and I am the only one here"....well, then sorry, but how do you expect to run a successful business if you dont have enough inventory, dont have enough staff and give false information to your clients? They had no replacement to give me and I drove the 'smoky car' for 7 days. At the end, an associate Chris was the only polite one, but when I tried to get my final documents, I was on hold for FORTY MINUTES waiting for Chris, who was supposedly with a customer..then they sent me a totally wrong receipt and I ended up driving back to their office to get the right receipt. If I could give no stars I would! Had to get a rental because someone hit my truck. The insurance company from this person used Enterprise and the closest one to Coral Cadillac was this joke of an office. When they picked me up they picked me up in a dirty Suburban - asked if I wanted the White one instead, I said ok (was already there for 20 minutes at this point) low and behold the Manager Sara took that vehicle to "run an errand" so had to wait 15 - 20 until she returned. Moving my stuff in the supposedly clean truck and there is a bag of chewed sunflower seeds and this truck is worse than the other one! They now decide to clean the black one and 1.5 hours later I can finally leave. Fast forward to today I need to call and ask where my refund is on my credit card - 1st time I call no one picks up the phone. Second time same thing. Third time I get Matt, Matt puts me on hold for 35 minutes then someone picks up the phone and hangs up - fortunately I was already calling from another line to ask why I was still on hold for 30 minutes. Now I get Mike...I explain to him how frustrating it is to be on hold for 35 minutes to only be disconnected and he says to me "All because you had to wait on the phone for a while?"...REALLY this is what you say to a customer??? He then processes to tell me that all the paperwork was processed Tuesday but he wasn't in so it wasn't done yet. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service, DO NOT use this office if you can avoid it. I have already called corporate in MO and my next call is to Cadillac and every other dealership in that area so they know who they are sending there customers to. read more

This place was awful. Maybe it's the heat but my father owns a well known body shop in Chicago and uses enterprise for his customers and were not so sure we are going to anymore. Why you might ask? Let's start here : -receiving the car took about 45 minutes when we had already made reservations prior to our trip out here. - 3 minutes after driving it we realized the maintenance required light came on. We just wanted to go to our place so we disregarded it and planned on returning it a little later - oil change was due. Over by 300 miles - seats were disgusting it actually looked like someone either was killed in the back seat and a pool of blood sunk into the fabric or some lady delivered a baby in the back seat. - clearly the orginial smell of the car was being covered. So naturally well put it as dead body stench. So we decided to take it back. Based on all that I for you'd think we'd get a new one no problem right? Nope- we were told that any Firestone will replace the oil. So we can take it ourselves. We're on vacation and were not spending the day at the auto place cuz they don't take care of their cars. And we refused that, so he said wel we don't have any other cars here to replace you can drive out to boca raton, so we did. Where the guy turned off the maintence required light and said okay you cant return it now the lights not on. Our jaws dropped. So we threw them the keys and said fine were walking to budget, oh all of a sudden the pull up a Ford Focus for us. This company is awful down here in Florida. Costumer service is not here at all. Booked a deal for the $9.99/day wknd special and my car was ready when I got there. The first guy who helped me, Nathan I believe, was super friendly and chatted me up but then I got handed to Snake. Ok, not really his name but that's the only way I could describe him. He was a young guy who I guess is one of their best sales guys because he was trying to sell the optional insurance to two parties before me. Luckily I worked at Enterprise before so I know the schpeal and how it works so I passed on it. He was very adamant about me getting it and was a close talker, which I did not appreciate (I'm not a fan of smelling what one has had for breakfast) so that was a huge turn off. i inspected the car, said no about seven times then went on my way, I wouldn't go to the location again just based off of my experience with Snake. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE! I rented a vehicle about a month ago, that had previous damages from the previous customer. I was told by a representative specially before I even drove the car off the lot BEFORE I signed the contract. After returning it, a week later, they claimed I HAD DONE the damages via a letter in the mail. After I had called & spoke to corporate, their way of getting back to me was mailing me ANOTHER letter telling me I owe $1500 for the damages. I called to this location to speak with Reggie, the assistant GM, & was told I would have to wait a week just for him to contact corporate to pull the contract. Clearly, there was poor training involved for whoever was working who received this vehicle that was damaged from the previous customer, & now it's looking like I did these damages & that I'm stuck with these charges. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm sure not paying $1500 for something I didn't do & for poor training involved!! If you do rent from Enterprise, make sure you write down everyone's name you deal with, take pictures if needed, & keep ALL paperwork. Literally I am so disgusted at this establishment, I walked in to see three employees at the front desk and not one even looked up yet when a white customer comes in after me and gets greeted like he is family and I'm standing there looking like an idiot, real good look. It amazes me that your employee Simone can come in out of the hot sun and accommodate us but you have the three stooges acting like they are too good to talk to black people. The office was run by Gino his people were customer service oriented and it was a pleasure to work with them. those days are gone. There must be some kind of virus infecting Enterprise offices in North Broward. Management is arrogant and disrespectful to customers. Me and my family are on vacation from California. We booked a full size SUV for me and my family that was available online. Took a taxi in a thunderstorm to this location and right when we were parking at this location. We received a call that our vehicle was not available. The customer service rep said all of his vehicles were already reserved. I kept my cool and I called Enterprise corporate to inform them of my unfortunate experience. They did not care about my situation nor did they offer to find a resolution even after I informed them that I am from out of state, it's raining and we had a conformation on booking our vehicle. I will never rent a vehicle or suggest my family and friends to pay for renting a vehicle from Enterprise.
