I brought my red camaro here to get the whole driver side redone since I had storm damage. From the beginning to the end, the process and customer service received by the staff was spot on. The turnaround time was quick (one week) which is fast considering a whole side was repainted and redone fully on a red car. my insurance company referred me to crash champions to repair my car. after the repair and as time went on i realized my front bumper was coming off and also my right headlight was fogged out like it was never replaced. matt was rude, disrespectful and basically told me to f off and they are not repairing/replacing it. lets not forget the parts are under a lifetime warranty. crash champions along with matt are committing insurance fraud. they are billing the insurance company but are leaving the same small parts in the car and think nobody would notice. matt looked under the car and saw a scratch and said i caused the bumper to fall off which is bs. this company is committing fraud , they are billing insurance companies for repairs and parts but leave in the small parts thinking nobody would notice. please watch out and stand clear of this fraud company. read more

This shop was recommended by Geico. Minutes after leaving the shop, the newly installed parts fell off my car and blew into the car behind me. Another part was also ready to fall off. Also, they didn't replace other parts, clearly expecting me to not notice. Lastly, a trouble light remained lit on my dashboard! I brought the car back. They ordered new parts. They then installed the parts and recommended I bring the car to Lexus to troubleshoot the light. Lexus said the Signature installed the wrong part. I then left Lexus and not more than a block later, the same part blew off my car. I wouldn't go back if they were the only bodyshop left on this planet! Just have to comment on the wonderful job they did with the repair. From start to finish, it was as stress free as you'd want it to be. From the Enterprise rental guy to the supervisor who explained everything in detail all the way down to the person who gave us the keys when we picked our vehicle up. They washed the car for us and all! Haven't seen the car this clean in a while lol! Great shop would definitely recommend. Yes they saved my vehicle. I'll admit that and yes they fixed my car. But I could've gotten way more work done for a way lesser price for what they charged my insurance. If your a logical person like I am. Don't send your vehicle there. I'm telling you don't do it. They had my car there for over 3 weeks when they told me it supposed to be there for 1 week. No special favors from these people they don't even work with you. The bumper and fender was painted but the hood of my car wasn't painted which it so desperately needed it. They even told me my car had warranty for the painting. I called a year later to see if they'll honor the warranty and that is a lie. Matter fact they were talking real sketchy they didn't tell me that the warranty has stipulations behind it nor does it say that in the contract to me warranty is warranty you supposed to honor it. Recently, I had an accident I brought my car into the Signature collision center in Davie Fl. The beginning of my experience with the collision center was smooth. The manager Jason, who I would say was the only person who was empathetic and appreciative with me during the whole process. I could see he really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. He went out of his way and pulled some strings for me to rent a car. Since, I didn't have renter's reimbursement. My overall, experience with the Collision was great, my car looked brand new like nothing ever happened to it. Unfortunately, my experience with Enterprise which is located inside the building did not leave a good taste in my mouth. Miguel, a total character one minute he will sweet talk you in renting a car and the next minute he will have you sign some papers to as he simultaneously rambles about some car terminology that I have never heard of. Once you agree on his absurd terms, he hands you the keys to the car and sends you on your way. I been receiving charges from enterprise even after I returned the car back, charges which I never authorized on my credit card. Every time I try to dispute the charges with Enterprise they either hang up the phone on me or say they will call me back and never do. Just a few days ago I had a charge on my credit card posted Aug 24, 2017 for $58.69. When I called my Geico Inspector Derek - who has been very attentive and helpful during this whole process, told me that it was charged under the wrong name. Enterprise mixed up my name with someone else's and then is now charging me for the confusion. How unprofessional and carless of someone to do that. I would suggest to anyone to avoid this mess, after you are done with fixing up your car, have Enterprise Center delete your name, and Credit Card information off file. This is a total money racketing game. read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT take your car here. This is an absolute terrible body shop. I had read mixed reviews about this body shop and thought "Geico referred me to here, it can't be THAT bad". WRONG! I took my car to get fixed and they brought it back in a worse condition than it originally was. They repainted my door and did not sand it down enough, to the point that you touched the door and it was extremely rough and filled with paint nibs everywhere. My door also came back with dents and scratches that weren't there before. I took it back and they had the car for another 3 weeks! Not including the first week where they did the crappy job. Just got my car back after almost 4 weeks and guess what, i find yet another imperfection on it. They were supposed to repaint my bumper but instead it looks like all they did was add touch up paint to certain parts that clearly make the car look like there was damage there. Bringing my car back for the 4th time. Id save your time and frustration and not take your car here! But i do have to mention that Jason is absolutely great and has made the experience a somewhat better one with his hospitality. That is the only good thing i have to say about this shop. read more

DO YOURSELF A HUGE WOPPING FAVOR AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If i could give this place negative one million stars I would. They've had my car for over a month, the accident occured December 30th, 2016, I brought my car in the same week, and it is now February 7th, 2017. All they do is send you a text to update when your car will be "done". Just continue to wait for more updates because it will most likely never be finished. Their Geico representatives are worse. Their poor secretary has to deal with me and probably many other people complaining about what is going on with their car (my car) because they don't actually tell you unless you ask after getting multiple hopeless text updates. Basically, unless you say otherwise, Geico buys after market parts for your car for the bottom dollar, then they come in (in my case, in order of which it occured for each part) damaged, then rusted, and worse, completley worthless. When they FINALLY get a salvagable part, they put it in your car and find out it doesn't work and the process repeats. They have officially depleated the value of my car more than the (insert explitive here) guy who depleated its value in the first place AND put my safety and the lives of others at risk. They are supposed to be fixing my car NOT RUINING IT EVEN MORE. They said they keep finding more damages. Wouldn't you think it would have taken them less than a month to find all these damages?? They have never even compared the amount of the damages to the value of my car. THEY NEVER EVEN EVALUATED THE VALUE OF MY CAR. I would have taken a check a month ago if they have just done the first thing any evaluator would have done!!! It's common sense! And you better believe the amount of the damages exceeds the value of my car. TAKE THE CHECK AND RUN. This is the worst experience with an accident that I have EVER had. EVER. Do not ever go here, do not ever work with Geico, DO NOT EVER GO HERE. When I told them about their awful reviews online, they said only the people with negative experiences are the ones who write the reviews. I brought my car here out of sheer convienience (right behind my school and down the street from my house) and because they were partnered with and recommended by Geico. I'VE NEVER BEEN SO INCONVENIENCED IN MY LIFE. DO NOT LISTEN TO THEM LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. They are the WORST. I should have taken my car to the Jaguar Dealership. AVOID, A-V-O-I-D, AVOID taking your car here. If you don't want to wait weeks sometimes month(s) to get your car back, AVOID "Signature Collision".. I went there 3 times to ask for the status of my car and always the excuse was that they received the wrong parts.. 3 TIMES?? and 3 times the same excuse.. REALLY??... They should change the place they get the parts from, because 3 TIMES (different weeks) that "PLACE" sent the wrong parts.. THAT IS A TOTALLY B.S. LIE... Last time I went there I demanded my car back because I had to go back to work (14 days that I couldn't work because of them)(14 days × $150 dollars = $2,100 dollars that I couldn't earn because of these people) and they gave it to me and told me that I had to bring it back to finish it. Two weeks after that they called me that FINALLY they got the parts. I told them that the inside of my car was dirty because of the person that worked in my car had his hands dirty (grease dirty) and the supervisor (Gary) told me that they were going to do a complimentary detailing of the car and when I went there to mount the parts they got, the other supervisor (I beleive his name is Spencer), he didn't want to do the detailing because they didn't have time or the personal to do it.. Totally ridiculous and unacceptable!!! One of the times I went there to check on the status of my car, there was an elderly couple and they heard my story and they told me that they had the same problem (2 months with the car there)...
