Today at 9:30am 1/9/2026 I received a damage vehicle while leaving out of the parking lot and didn't learn about it until 10:40am. Normally any location an agent will walk around the car with you and do a walk through and note any damage but not today! The car was nice and clean and I didn't think to walk around and take pictures! Let alone the front desk agent or even the agent at the booth didn't mention anything about filling out a damage form. As I went Togo return the car at 1pm same day. An agent ( Kenny) so the managers says was nasty! Rude and unfriendly. I'm not saying this because I'm upset but the whole approach saying he didn't have a damage report and that I did this was uncalled for! I then asked to get footage of me leaving out the parking lot which took the other so called manager Caleb a whole hour! /saying that there was no damage then when he found and angle to the passenger side on the video! There was a DENT!! he then laughed after I pointed it out and this was all done at 2:07pm in the office in the middle of the cars. Very unprofessional! I told him he needs to fix the color contrast of the video and I would like a copy. He then said it takes over 24hrs! And only god knows if this scamming location will send it. There was no apology but a laugh in the face when there was proof. And just for him to say file a report! very disappointed! Mentioned there to busy to do walk throughs with customers to point out damage when the customers are responsible. For example, they didn't have a truck in stock we booked online, well no worries. The nice representative upgraded us to a Wagoneer, and that was a beast of an SUV. Our ride for the week was comfortable and smooth. It fit our 50 bags of luggage j/k lol. It was safe driving it throughout the State of Louisiana. We drove so much, I thought we made it to Texas. This location boasts one of the most helpful and friendly staffs I have ever encountered in my car renting time, of which there are many despite not having reviewed many of them on here. On this topic, one of the reason I haven't reviewed most car rental places is that most of the time the staff is pretty cut and dry and almost robotic in their interaction, almost as if they are simply reading from a script and going about their business day. Here however, Dave and Davis were so friendly and helpful that they even made me smile, which is something I seldom ever get from a car rental business so thank you to both those individuals for helping make my day a bit brighter. Pickup was ok speed-wise; drop off was a bit of a scare about waiting since all the lines were full, but the guy handling traffic did a pro move to open up a lane and get us up and out quickly! Some of the standard cars a bit small, at least they had a Toyota Camry for us. Only issue was the car license plate was bent 90° which was a bit weird. We fixed it to about 45° and tracked to prevent it from being a charge on our rental. read more

It's good we have a backup car rental. 3 staff working the desks. No wait to the desk. In and out in less than 5 minutes. We are stuck with a small economy Toyota, that's all scratched up. I can't believe they actually offer up a dented and beat up car rental, Joe shameful. Better than the Nissan. We have been left stranded several times before by an enterprise Nissan rental. The inside smells like one of those cheap car freshener times 100 of them. It's overwhelming. I had to roll down the window, as it was giving me a headache. A little less than $600 for this econo. This might be the first time we have ever driven a car with the front windows down, partly, despite being on the freeway or it raining out. The passenger seat is covered with some nasty brown stains and there's some nasty black and brown stains on the roof and visor too. I feel dirty sitting in this car. read more

At this location you don't have to pay a deposit it's just your rental fee which is different from the bay area because we all know that almost every location is a minimum of a $200 deposit and I've even paid up to a $300 deposit for just a regular rental. I did do online check in the night before we arrived in New Orleans, which made my pick up super smooth because all I did was show the representative my screen with my check in and he pointed me to a zone that held cars in the category I was renting and he said "pick a car -the keys are inside; show your drivers license at the gate" and it was that easy . read more

The class of car I selected was out, so i was immediately upgraded to a full size car. Car was in immaculate condition and was a joy to drive. Enterprise has gotten way more efficient over the years; booked online, received a notification when it was time to check in and I was Ready Pass ready. Having never used Ready Pass I didn't realize upon arrival I didn't need to stand on any line to check my license, just go straight to car pick up. Pick up had my paperwork ready and took me out to the cars. All cars I reserved were out so I was upgraded. Return would have been 1,2,3 but the guys portable machine was having system issues. Had to go inside and swipe, but it moved fairly quick. Would definitely book with them again. read more

We had some last-minute Hang-Ups with another car rental agency that basically contacted us the day of our rental during our layover from California going to New Orleans leaving us in a position that we couldn't rent a car due to their bad communication, bad business ethics and hours of operation. We contacted Enterprise, Mitch who helped me on the phone was very helpful and was able to accommodate us at the last minute around 11 p.m. then after arriving to Enterprise, Torri was very helpful and simplify the whole process basically getting us in and out. The garage manager Kaleb (spell check) was awesome too. When I notified him of the issue regarding the size of the particular car we rented, he went out of his way to get us the perfect car for our Journey. I had a good rental experience with this Enterprise. The shuttle driver was friendly and Juan was super helpful at check-in. It's interesting that you get to a pick car that's in a specific zone. I found out at return that you can rent a car from a different class and not get charged a price difference as long as it was in that zone. Check-in was relatively quick. The return experience was smooth. Only knock is I wish there were more Sentras and Corollas available. IMO, hatchbacks are not that popular. read more

If there were 0 stars this is what I would give the service that I received at Enterprise. I reserved a mid-size vehicle 3 months prior to my rental date to attend an Educator conference. When I arrived at the location, I was offered a vehicle that I would not consider mid-size, and that I knew would not adequately accommodate the number of colleagues traveling with me and all of our luggage. I asked the representative if I could take a closer look at it. We walked outside, where I confirmed my warlier thoughts. I asked the representative if there were another vehicle available, to which he replied, "No." I stated, "This is horrible, but I guess I have no choice." We walked back inside and I asked the representative what he needed from me. At that moment he looked at me and said, "I don't feel comfortable renting to you." I asked why and he responded, "I just dont." I said okay and left knowing that I would pursue this further. What happened to me should not have happened to anyone!!!! read more

Enterprise is much better than other rental car companies in the New Orlean airport. Other famous rental companies go down hills due to their combine of two other companies with lesser quality car. In order to insure the highest quality and better class. I would recommend enterprise. The only complaint is the car outwardly not very clean. Especially the mirror area for the side view. Which is very important. Other than that. They car class and the interior is better or one car class upgrade. The check in to get the rental car is easy. Walk to the counter and find your reservation. Then walk to lot where their agents greet you with the car ready for you. Price is very reasonable and the promised car class is available. Great customer service from time of pick up to the return of our car. Our rental was very clean and in great condition. On our way to Pensacola the oil light came on. We checked the level to see how much was left in the engine. We decided to buy some motor oil and fill it up since is was super low. When we returned our car and asked for reimbursement of the oil, the customer service clerk not only reimbursed us for the oil, he offered and gave us a discount on our rental. I had a great experience at this Enterprise. Sure, it's a bit of a bus ride from from the terminal, but that's how this airport is set up. All the car rental agencies are in the same building, so this not a knock against Enterprise. What made my trip easy was that I did electronic check in. When the bus from the airport pulled into the car rental terminal everyone scrambled inside and queued up in long lines. I had my smart phone check in so I walked to my car, loaded the family, and we were off! So easy! Same with returning the car. Pulled in and Enterprise agent James handed me a receipt and we were on our way to the bus to the airport! read more

Arrived late at night, the advantage to that was that there was no one waiting in line. Greeted by the lady working there. We made a reservation online. She found it and processed everything quickly. I think it all took about five minutes. Then she directed us to head outside to our right. Once outside, we were offered free water bottles. So refreshing, especially in that New Orleans humid weather. We went to pick out our car. The guy working there helped load our luggage and checked us out. This review is based solely upon my experience after I've returned the car. I fly into MSY several times a year and Enterprise is usually my number one choice for renting since I am a rewards member. I like the fact that they have great customer service upfront and it's basically no hassle. The cars are usually clean and newer. You're always offered a complimentary bottle of water which is usually needed in the humid heat of New Orleans. The last two times that I've returned my car, I've ended up having to dispute charges after the fact. Both disputes have been about refueling charges. The first dispute I was charged for a full tank of gas although when I originally got the car, the rep told me to bring the car back empty because it was an uncleaned car and they hadn't had time to refuel and clean the car. My contract even said the gas level was empty. A couple of days ago I returned the car on full as that is how I received the car and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. Really??? Well thankfully I took a picture of the dash board before turning in my keys. Both times I have had very early flights so the car was returned after hours before anyone showed up. It was when I reviewed my rental agreement receipt that the discrepancies were noticed. Thankfully Enterprise has awesome agents when you call the 800 number and they have helped me both times. My only thing is that I shouldn't have had to call in the first place. Please make sure you review your rental agreement receipts after dropping off your car because you may see charges that shouldn't be there. read more

Got a covered rental for one day while my car was in the shop. I was assured the car would be picked up from the shop. 12 days later, an employee decided to pick it up, and left me with a $216 bill for their incompetence. No help from Enterprise in making things right. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, offering pages of evidence and confirmation of witnesses from the automotive company that the car would be returned, but Enterprise kept rejecting it, unjustifiably screwing the customer. They insist I had their rental for 11 days when I only had it one day. Will never do business with them again! read more

This location is at the MSY airport. Our original car reservation was not for the airport. We were forced to come to this location because ALL LOCAL Enterprise rental locations are closed on Memorial day. Of course, Enterprise rental car did not notify us of this and allowed us to successfully book a reservation for the local rental location on the day when everything was closed. After calling the I-800 number for Enterprise, they changed our reservation to pick up our car at the airport. Thankfully the airport was not closed. After having Uber take us to the airport, we explained to this location what had happened. Jasmin helped us out and was WONDERFUL. Due to the location change of our reservation, the fees and taxes increased. Jasmin was able to help us match our original costs quoted on our original reservation with Costco (except for the taxes). She also hooked us up with a new car (it had only 1,300 miles on it and was so new it didnt have a license plate yet). We had no problems with the rental car while driving it for two days. I just want to agree with other people and say that you should not rent from this enterprise. They are slow and unprofessional. They offered me a car that was not what i signed up for, practically offered me a lower entry car within their 100 car selection and said that was the only 1 available; so I opt for an upgrade, when that was all settled, i was about to exit through their security and they said that the car im in was not was on the receipt, guess what car that was? The low entry car they originally offered me. This is the unprofessional part i was speaking of. So i had to turn back around, go through the process again, and then i was able to leave. This is by miles the worst experience I have ever had at a rental facility; we were in NOLA for a weekend and decided to get a rental for a day. We went in early on a Sunday morning: - First car had a faulty USB cable, - 2nd car was a blue Toyota Camry, we tested the USB for this (mistakenly left a phone inside the car) and ended up switching to a 3rd car. - We realized about 45mins later that we'd left a phone in the Blue Camry, called multiple times and emailed them but got no response. - We then drove back about 2hrs afterwards and immediately let them know where the phone was dropped off. They acted as though they were concerned and promised to contact the corporate customer that had rented the car. - We went back that night to see if they'd notified the next person and realized they clearly had not when the person in the location appeared completely clueless about the lost phone and claimed 'their system was down' and 'they would take notes and inform everyone that came' - We went back early the next morning and as expected, no one was around and no information was left about the lost phone - We called multiple times over the next days, called the central customer service line and they kept telling us someone would email us or get back to us (zilch- no response). - In the mean time, we'd submitted multiple claims and called their number so many times with not even an acknowledgment from them. - No idea what happened to the phone and not even the courtesy from anyone to tell us that it was not found in the rental car. - Worst customer service I have ever experienced and I can say I never expected this in my years an Enterprise customer. - Will never use Enterprise again based on this experience read more
