    This is what I reported to the manager of this location and customer service. Good afternoon customer care team, I had issue with one of your vehicles that I had to return to a different location due to a possible power issue or some sort of malfunction. I felt it was no longer safe for me to drive so I left the vehicle at this location after speaking to a rep and a manager at the Denver airport location. At the time of drop off the employee experienced the issue that I was having with the vehicle so they offered to take the vehicle and waive the drop off fee. So I completed transaction and paid for the rental car. I had to have a family friend from Severance, CO which is 68 miles away pick me up from the airport, after I was in town for my father in law's funeral. The car was returned on 2/20/22. Eight days later received the following email message from Laura on 2/28 stating that she will be charging my credit card a one way fee, mind you she never called and never inquired about what took place. I have since contacted the store on several occasions and they respond back to the email. I have not received any sort of call back or reply to my email. Every time I have called, they have stated she is out of the office, in a meeting, helping a customer. I have left messages requesting a call back and I have yet to hear from anyone. I do not reside in the area, so I could not visit the store to discuss this issue. I went to the store in my area and they provide me with this email. I would like this fee credited back to my account and have this matter closed. So that being said I received a call back from the branch manager Laura, based off her tone I knew she was upset and I wasn't sure why. I requested that she provide her supervisor info she told me no, and told that her manager is very busy and doesn't handle customer complaints via email or phone. I told her that seems strange, but could you provide your supervisors name so I can search for the contact info since you are unwilling to provide me with that information, so she gave me her name and said that we will not refund you regardless then hung up on me. I never raised my voice, never got angry during the call. The only thing she kept mentioning was her store loss money and potential customers. I did apologize for dropping it off, but we were concerned about getting in accident the car stalling on the highway. I have never been treated so bad. The only reason I rented from this location, because National rental car sent us to this location because of my corporate discount and cars were sold out at the airport and other nearby locations. Honestly I believe if she wasn't so overwhelmed by her job, due to the fact she doesn't have an assistant manager. Maybe I would not have been treated so poorly. I have attached the emails of what was discussed. I was never rude or out of line. Hopefully Enterprise Customer service is more willing to help than the manager at this location

    False insurance claims

    Do not rent from here. You may think you are getting a deal here with their cheap rates, but be warned. They are committing insurance fraud. Rented the car for a week. Took videos and pictures of the car when we picked it up and when we dropped it off. The car was garage kept each night. When I spoke to the representative, David, who did the turn in inspection, he said the hood was damaged possibly from a storm in Colorado Springs on the 15th of July 2020. I assume he mentioned that location because when I picked up the car, I said that was my first destination. I spent maybe 1 hour there with no storms July 12 when I picked it up. I was no where near that location and have time stamped photos with the geo location turned on. They said they are going to be filing a claim for damages. DO NOT RENT HERE.

    Filthiest enterprise rental I've ever experienced

    My job requires lots of travel, and I travel even more so for leisure--therefore, I've rented many, many Enterprise cars across the nation. This is probably the most disappointing locations. I booked a car to be picked up at 5pm. I called about pickup at around 4pm, to which they let me know that I was out of the pickup zone, which was fine. They also proceeded to let me know that they're still waiting for a car to be returned before they can confirm if I should come at all. They promised to call me back as soon as a car is returned and available. They close at 6pm, and at 5:45pm, no call. I call instead and they check and say a car is available and to rush over. I call an uber. If I didn't call back, I'll bet I'd hear nothing and they would've just went about closing for the day and I would've been stranded without a car. It was nice that they remained open after 6pm for me to get there. When I do, the car I was given was disgusting! Both driver and passenger seats looked like it's been used as toilets. On top of that, the car was given to me with less an a quarter of a tank--basically empty. And that if I drop off the car using key drop off box--I'd automatically be charged an extra day. When I returned the car, it was 6:05 (5 mins after closing) and they already locked up the place. Someone did come out and took the keys, only to proceed to drop it in the key drop off box. Based on this experience, you would think Enterprise was competing to be a bottom of the barrel budget car rental. Good thing it wasn't my first rental at Enterprise or else this would've been my last.

The first time, I waited over 2 hours to get my car. I tried to brush it off, knowing there were events and sports tournaments in town, and it was a busy day for them. When I finally got a car and drove to the exit gate, I was turned around and told I had to switch it for another one. This most recent experience was somehow even worse. I arrived around 2 a.m. after a delayed flight and had to pay to take my own Uber because, apparently, Budget doesn't run a shuttle at that hour, while every other rental company does. After waiting over an hour in line (with only one associate working), I was told there were no EVs available. Fine, no problem. But then they told me the only vehicle they had for me was a 15-passenger van. I'm a 5'1" woman, and I felt completely unsafe driving such a large vehicle. Unfortunately, it was late, I was exhausted, and I had to be up in just a few hours for my event, so I had no choice but to take it. The van smelled awful, drives poorly, and was clearly not properly maintained. This was, without a doubt, my worst experience with Budget. I'm beyond disappointed with their lack of accountability and unwillingness to honor reservations that were made well in advance. The unprofessional attitude of the staff and their complete lack of effort to find a suitable solution for customers is unacceptable.

The owner picked me up at baggage claim and took me to a hotel close by where is fleet is located. He coordinated getting the car seats so they were on site before I was. Did the paperwork and I was off. Very easy process and nice guy. The vehicles are a little older but my Suburban was in great shape. I had 6 people in it for a week and drove it through the mountains of Wyoming and had no problems. They maintain their fleet well. I will definitely use these folks again and highly recommend them.

Found out at the airport location that I was in the wrong spot and needed to Uber to the Quebec location to get my car or face huge fees to transfer my reservation to the actual airport location. $35 in Uber fees later, I was told at the Quebec location that I was the 9th customer that day with the same issue. Had a "Supplier's Choice" car and they gave me a Tesla. The rep said, "Congrats, since you picked Supplier's Choice, you get a Tesla". On my way back to the airport, I turned in the car early in the morning before they opened and used the key drop box. Paid another $35 in Uber fees to get back to the airport. A few days later I get an invoice for 3x the reservation price and they say I kept the car for two extra days and the Tesla was an undisclosed upgrade. I used the car for a day and a half and they charged me for 4 days. Impossible to find a phone number for this location so I called the main Hertz customer service number multiple times to get a refund. WORST customer service ever as they basically refuse to believe I turned the car in on time and they say I asked for an upgrade. Two months later and still no refund given. I will NEVER use Hertz again.

In fact, since they close at 5, they are useless for airport customers arriving after that time as we did. When we arrived the next day they of course did not have the car even though according to Hertz's policy they are supposed to hold the car 24 hours. But the main problem was the rudeness of their staff, particularly Erica. They refused to offer any assistance for the situation. When we asked about other cars or our reservation they told us to leave. Apparently they get those types of questions frequently. The best thing you can do is avoid this business and hope they cease to exist.

She tried to sell me insurance and prepaid gas as usual, the prepaid gas is actually a reasonable price and generally a good idea if you know you're going to go through a whole tank. My car was waiting for me around the side of the building, a 2015 Expedition with 1000 miles and almost all the options. It was in awesome shape and because it was a 4x4 it got us through some poor weather when coming back from Aspen. I saved over 50% by picking up the car here instead of the airport and I was able to return it to the airport location.

TOTAL SCAM ARTIST!!!…read more i rented a car from them and the rep joked with me saying "yea its super impotant to make sure you check your tires before you bring it back theyll ding you for it" super nice guy except the car i rented had a bubble on the tire.. 1 thats extremely dangerous and not road legal yet they still rented it to me and 2 when i returned it they ended up charging me for the tire. now if you know anything about cars bubbles arent random and occur from internal damage ( driving while flat, internal abrasions, or a flat out accident) none of these occured in my care. long story short they beg for our service but then do shady stuff like this. when i tried to argue it i was put on hold for half an hour then hung up on . told the internet was down call back in the evening, then flat out "i wasnt here call the number on the letter we sent you 2 weeks ago". its been 6 weeks nothing has been resolved in fact they told me to send pictures of the damages before i rented it like i didnt pick it up on a snow day. i still dont know what tire or where but i do know it has nothing to do with me i just paid for it.... 10/10 i highly dont recommend. just go with turo and save the headache dealing with scammers
