Yes, so I hate to do this because Sam and Alex were extremely accommodating during my rental, even though the car I had had a faulty key that wasn't working for a couple of days, and those guys went out of their way to help me out, but the guy they had give me a ride to the Ford Dealership my car was being worked on refused to take me to the correct address, even though, at one point I politely asked for his phone, which he gave to me with no issue, but when I changed the address to the correct address, he started acting a little crazy because it changed the directions in his phone, and he became rather aggressive, and eventually tried to fight me multiple times, at one point when he finally dropped me off (at the wrong address 1 mile from what I needed to be from which I then had to walk another 15 minutes), and he got out of the car to try and fight me when I told him it was still the wrong location. He then got out of the car and walked over to me to try and fight, but as soon as I got my phone out to record him, he ran off and played dumb about his behavior. Also, before he dropped me off at the wrong location, he pulled over and wouldn't drive me any further because I kept telling him he had the wrong address again, even though I put the correct address in at one point. I kept telling him there are 2 Schomp Ford addresses (one for service and one for sales), but he still dropped me off at the wrong one, so I had to walk a mile to the correct address on a rather dangerous highway to be walking on the side of. This was the most extreme, unprofessional, rude and downright illegal service I've ever had from any business in my entire life. Definitely, the first time any employee had tried to fight me, and twice mind you. All because he simply wouldn't acknowledge the fact that he had the wrong address. Absolutely insane behavior. This guy should never be around any customer for the rest of his life if he can't take someone informing him he is driving to the wrong place without getting aggressive and trying to fight people. Absolutely crazy! Again, Alex and Sam were extremely helpful, but that can't excuse the downright illegal behavior of the other employee. read more

I had a flat tire and driving on a donut. I'm renting due to an accident and my car in the shop and I need the car for work. Roadside assistance sent me to another location and the agent there wasn't helpful at all. Roadside sent me to this location. They had no cars element but were very helpful. The first guy was super helpful and made numerous calls. Another agent started making calls and they found a Firestone with availability and it's getting fixed now. Thanks so much! read more

This is probably the worst car rental location I have ever dealt with. Every time I make an online reservation, there is some issue. They don't have the type of car I reserved, they call to tell me they are closed as I am arriving at the location (this was with zero indication on the website that the location was closed! It allowed me to make the reservation. They also could have called me days before the reservation to let me know), they try to get me to go to a different location, super long wait times, etc. Just close this damn location if it cannot be properly staffed with people or rental cars. So extremely frustrating and yet I keep using it because they are within walking distance to me. And I don't have a car. Hence why I rent occasionally. I've been burned for the last time. Okay first off... This place is terrible! Capital Dent Masters recommended this Enterprise when I had brought my Mazda for work in the shop. Capital Dent Masters helped me as much as they could but also lied. They both said they'd be giving me an AWD car, as we live in Colorado and it's the middle of winter. Extreme weather & very dangerous roads. I specifically asked for an AWD car and they ignored my request. I would have gone elsewhere if this was the case. They did not communicate well with me AT ALL. They said nothing, they just gave me the car and I assumed I was getting what I had asked for. The moment I found out the vehicle was not AWD I flipped because I feared for my life. The roads are very dangerous and the whole time I thought I was driving with a safe car. I called to try & switch the front wheel drive MINIVAN Chrysler for a better/safer car. They did not call me back for an entire week, I tried to go through serious customer claims, still no call back. Finally I call again after about a week & they said there's nothing they can do for me! I had told them I've gotten stuck in the snow a couple times on a small hill or parking lot and needed help, I had friends help push me out. Finally a month later which was well over by 2 weeks time Capital Dent Masters said they'd take to do repairs, I return the car. 3 months later! I get a claim for damages I did not do. They want me to pay something around $2500 in repairs. For one Capital Dent Masters dropped off the car for me, I did not. And no one called me, informed me of any damages. I know for a fact none of those damages are from me because I have pictures of the car before I took it back to Capital Dent Masters. read more

GREAT service - amazing customer service. I visited back in April during Spring Break; Meghan and Brittany were the two reps I worked with. This was my first time in Denver with friends and had three different rentals due to take advantage of the different weekly rentals. They were extremely patient throughout all the changes. One top of that, we ran into some mechanical problems during the second rental which was a nightmare. The team of this location took care of it right away and discounted our rental due to the trouble we went through. As a New Yorker, I was very impressed with the level of commitment because this is what I was looking and with the best prices, the deal really doesn't get sweeter! HORRIBLE condescending, immature attitude and customer service! They twice told me I would get a car on a specified day then when I called to confirm the pickup they said they didn't have the car. When I told them that one of their employees told me I wold get a car, they asked for their name. I don't remember the names because I was in a car accident and suffered a concussion and they seemed upset that I didn't remember the names with an attitude. I asked them I could do without the attitude and one of their employees said the same thing. So I made another appointment to have them pick me up at a specified time and when the didn't show up they again said they had a different time. Then when I spoke to the manager she said we won't have a car for you at all!!!! They and their manager Audrey are condescending to the their customers, they lie about times of when they will get a car for you and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT RENT from this location. I sure hope other Enterprises know how to treat customers, especially ones who have been in an accident. read more

Extremely poor service. Called from the airport and was on hold for 15 minutes and then was hung up. Got there. 3 employees hanging around with very little urgency. Guy that helped me ( Brian I believe, kept saying how he gave us an upgrade ). I didn't care about the upgrade but this young man had attitude and was not customer focused at all. I wish there was a way to give NO stars!!!!! I was sent here to rent a car while my car was in the shop. The customer service was good at the beginning, but it quickly died off. When I called to have them correct the billing information for the rental I continually was differed to the manager, who happen to not be in. I have called them over 10 times and they keep saying that they will correct the issue, but haven't. Because of this, I have tried to get corporate involved. I was instructed that the regional manager would then call me withing 3-5 business days to get this resolved, but still haven't been contacted after a month. The manager and regional manager over this location need to be fired! I don't recommend this location for your car rental needs! My situation is still not resolved and it has been 3 months. read more

Poor service. My last experience with them, the driver never came to pick me up. I had to call 3 times (every 20 minutes past my pick up time) and all times they said he was on his way, so I kept waiting. An hour later, I called again and they told me they didn't have a car for me, even though I had made the reservation confirmed. This was a work trip, so at this time, I was already an hour late into my plans, so I had to make alternate plans last minute. I submitted a complaint on their website and got a call from the local manager the next day with no apologies. It was just a call saying "Yeah, we know that happened. And I see you contacted our main office." No rectification or apology or offer to make it right to keep my business. I will not return. read more

Martina needs an attitude adjustment. I came in with a reservation after a very bad accident that I did not cause and she acted as if I was a burden because they only had one car on the lot that was not my reservation. The manager Ben also did not return my phone call for days and I had to drive 45 minutes to another location to trade out the car that I didn't reserve. I really don't recommend this location. The staff is rude, not professional and acts like shitty McDonald employees. Very low class. Not about it at all. read more

Contacting this branch for any reason is unusually difficult. Good luck talking to anyone in the late afternoon on the phone. I have left numerous voicemail messages for the staff here, not once has anyone ever returned my call. I just posted the problem-review for the 4750 Leetsdale Dr, Denver, CO Enterprise location and this 4440 Colfax location fixed them all and went out of their way to accommodate me and proceeded to make up for the previous bad experience. After the Leetsdale location had completely dropped the ball, a young woman named Bailey from the 4440 Colfax location picked me up, took over the reservation, got me the requested car and on the road. Upon my return, another staff member, Ben Glover, asked about my trip and how my entire rental experience had been. I told him of the snafu-ridden departure day. He was adamant that he do something to make up for that experience. Starting with seriously hearing me out - not something every employee takes the time or initiative to do. Then he apologized for the departure day problem (which the previous location never sought to do), gave me a discount on a future rental, and gave me a ride home. The discount is probably more meaningful to me because-for the first time in my life-I am without a personal car due to my Saab being totaled recently in a neighborhood hit-and-run. So the odds of me renting a car again in the near future are quite high, and Ben wanted to make sure I chose Enterprise again. I will - and from this location. read more

After waiting in line for over 45 for a reservation that we made ahead of time, we had to leave due to another appointment we couldn't miss. Not only did we miss our appointment time due to the long wait but they told us because we were past our reservation time, they gave the car away. WE WERE WAITING IN LINE FOR THAT VERY CAR. Waisting our time and the money they already charged us to hold the car. This is the worst enterprise I've ever had to deal with. Don't rent here if you actually want a car. If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived for our scheduled reservation and were told there were no cars on the lot and she couldn't tell us when there would be one. She also stated she would go ahead and take our paperwork and we could just wait. No offer to look for another car. Just too bad, so sad. We asked her to call around and she did, but apparently enterprise did not have a single car available. Why she waited until we showed up to start calling is beyond me. Additionally, a phone call telling us of the situation would have also been nice. We rented through Costco Travel and under their stated contract, Enterprise is required to find a car at another company, which obviously they did not bother to fulfill. Give that we needed to be in Vail for a wedding, we left and went to Avis who had impeccable service. read more

I'm pretty upset to learn for two weeks I was charged over a thousand dollars... first of all I was told 25 dollars a day plus insurance if wanted to do so which is fine... I found out I had to put down a deposit to use my debit card which is also fine whatever... the kicker is when I call to extend and find out I'm getting charged for things that were never mentioned to me once until I asked... no one said I would get charged a young driver fee... plus when I asked to use my deposit on my last payment I was told it was used already... NO ONE said anything to me about that being used or that it was or even if it was okay... so now I'm stuck with a thousand dollars bill and wasn't explained anything in the beginning... how rude I obviously know nothing about renting cars maybe the staff should have taken the time to explain this all to me... I might have shopped around a bit... I feel like they have stolen a lot of money from me and don't care at all... if I would have known I would be paying this much I would have went else where... thanks for stealing from me and making me see what kind of place this really is... I would have not had a problem at all if this was all explained to me at the beginning but now I'm irate. read more

DON'T RENT FROM HERE! The guys that work here are extremely unprofessional and rude! I was forced to use Enterprise by an insurance company and was treated terribly. When I contacted them in the morning they told me they would have a car for me by the afternoon. I waited all day and never heard back from them. I finally called them that evening and they said that they didn't have a car for me but said that I could call another Enterprise location that was open much later and gave me the number. When I called that number they were closed so I immediately called back the other location and they were suddenly closed also. I had just gotten in an accident that morning and was stranded without a car, but they obviously did not care. They finally got back to me the next day and had someone pick me up that recounted his previous night's escapades to explain why he was hungover while we rode to Enterprise. The car they gave me was in very bad condition and had buttons falling out of the dash that left sharp edges, resulting in cuts on my hands when I tried to adjust the mirrors. Additionally, I was given a compact car even though I was promised a mid-sized. They didn't mention the downgrade, likely assuming that I wouldn't notice because I am female. After returning the car I tried to contact Enterprise about the problems I had but they never called me back, but they did find the time to send me a letter about an additional fee they are charging me for something that was out of my control. Never ever rent from this location. The salesperson told me to look at the body of the car. My insurance allowed me to rent a Chevy Tahoe (great car by the way)...nevertheless, she (Kate) instructed me to look at the body of the car for scratches...the next day, I realized there was a scratch on the windshield. I called them to tell them and guess what?!?!?! I had to pay for it. I drove less than 4 miles and I told them I didn't think to look at the windows because I was instructed to look for scratches. No, I never thought to look at the windows as I never had to rent a car before. Please, don't use this location and if you ever need to rent a vehicle, check everything....including the windows!!!! I am out $200 for something I did not do. read more

There was going to be an additional charge because I needed to return the car to a different location, but because of the mixup they waived that charge. I am giving a ZERO star rating to this location, as well as the Enterprise corporate customer service team, and the East Colfax location in Denver. I spent 4+ hours on the phone yesterday to secure an insurance pre-billed reservation. My original request was to pick up a vehicle at the Denver Intl Airport as I was returning from a business trip. That reservation was successfully made, however when I shuttled my way to the office the agent informed me that I would need to pay out of pocket for this reservation, and wouldn't be eligible for insurance reimbursement. This situation went from bad to worse. I spent the next 2 1/2 hours on the phone with Customer Service and Customer Service Supervisors to secure a reservation for the next day at a location close to my house, and was given a pick up time and reservation number from someone that seemed to know what they were doing. When I called for a pick up the next day, there was no record of the reservation, the reservation number, or any detail from the marathon calls the day before. Further, none of the several individuals that I spoke with on the phone seemed to have any desire to remedy, or de-escalate the situation. Unfortunately, I am stuck with having to use this company for my rental needs as it is mandated by the insurance company that is handling my repair. Otherwise, I can guarantee that there is next to nothing that this company could ever do to win my business in the future. read more

I was rear ended at a stop light on Sept 30th. The lady who hit me was ticketed & the claim process started. I went to Ideal Carstar for my body work Oct 25 & Enterprise is in their office. The front desk prearranged the rental. I was directed to a desk & the young man who was there didn't know anything about it & not a all helpful. We finally got the information needed & he asked me for a $50 deposit which I was unprepared for. I gave him a debit card & he said I would get it back when I returned the car. He told me I couldn't have dogs in the car & I reacted since I have a dog. He told me I could get away with having the dog in the car but there would be $130 charge if they found any dog hair. I had the car for 8 days & my husband rode in it once. I walked my dog to the groomers & he was never in the car. When we went out to the car, we did not do much of an inspection & it wasn't until just before taking the car back( I was only in the car a couple of times, didn't care for it much) I saw the emergency brake handle rubber was messed up. When I returned the car no one was there to check me in so I couldn't talk with anyone. I have been calling for a month & have spoken with agents about 5 or 6 times asking when I would get my refund back & was given multiple answers about the refund. I was told the ticket needed to be closed. Then was called while on vacation over Thanksgiving saying the ticket was closed & my money would be refunded. Then was told It was held up because of the holiday, it takes time. Even spoke with the manager who acted strangely after pulling up my record & told me he'd call me back. That never happened. Now today, I'm told, a month later, that the emergency brake was chewed by a dog & I won't get my deposit back. The car has been fixed. Unless, I turned into a werewolf & chewed the damn thing myself, My dog was never in the car. I know I'll never do business with this company again. Have read other reviews where the customers were not happy about being charged for things they claim they didn't do. Watch your wallet with this company!!!! read more
