Gretchen was amazing! We picked up a car from the airport that had the battery die. They sent someone to jump it ($55) who recommended switching the vehicle out due to a bad battery. We left the vehicle on after the jump and called various Enterprise locations to see where availability was. Most locations had us on hold for 10-20min never speaking with anyone. We were frustrated since this vehicle was for business and delayed our time here. We then called this location and Gretchen answered. She was able to assist us after the vehicle died once again. We had to tow it to this location so they could provide us with another vehicle. She then had to jump through hoops to contact the airport location to preform the swap because the system at her location was different and would not allow her to. She called 2-3 people at the airport location to perform the swap before I could take the vehicle. They even took the rental with the battery issues to get fixed right away. 100% would recommend them. read more

I'm pissed! My car was being repaired by Carstar. I didn't have my credit car with me, but I had the card on my ApplePay and the card number on the CapitalOne app. So it wasn't any way they could take the number down. They just had to have the physical card. No work around or anything. I finally used my debit card that I hate using. Also the lack of vehicle options was just the icing on the cake. Worst business agenda I have ever experienced. 16 Years in the Military would not rent with a debit card. Same address and Military ID for all 16 years. Offered Cash Deposit and Payment of Rental in Advance. No Deal, Grandfather offered to use his credit card, No only if additional driver charge of $181.00 Plus the Rental fee would be paid by credit card. HUMBUG Enterprise.. I dropped off my Camaro to have work done and was taken to Enterprise to rent a car. I already had an appointment with a car set up for me. I get to Enterprise and they take me out to a beat up, dented, dinged, Hyundai Elantra. I asked for one of the Jeep SUV's on either side of the car and was not even acknowledged! I had said something multiple times about not wanting the Hyundai and wanting either Jeep, but again I was completely ignored. The associate walked around the car pointing out everything wrong (which was a lot) and never even answered me. I was in a hurry because I needed to get to work so I never really pushed the issue. He handed me the keys and I opened the door only to have an awful, nasty, old hotel smell hit me in the face. It stunk so bad and had gross stains all over the seats. The inside of the windshield was so dinghy, that when the sun hit it, I couldn't see anything. I had that car for three days and felt disgusting everyday I had to drive it. They should be ashamed for giving someone a car like that. The least they could have done was give a car close to equivalence of what you drive already. read more

I was needing a rental for a few days while my car was in the shop and kudos for this Enterprise actually doing what their slogan says and "picking you up." The repair shop set up the rental for me and Enterprise contacted me a few days prior, asking me what I knew about what was going to happen and my car preference. I loved that because the last time I had a shop set up a rental via Enterprise, they didn't call me and I was placed with a car that wasn't comfortable to me. Alex pulled up in a Hyundai Accent to drive me back to their location to finish the paperwork. He walked through each part of the car, and we assessed it for prior damage (good thing too as we had just had a hail storm). Before I knew it, I was on my way. Plain and simple! Returning the vehicle was hassle free as well. I got to the location and they checked the car over before driving me to the car shop to pick my car up. Super friendly staff, easy pick up and drop off. Couldn't ask for anything else! read more

Rented a car, reserved a time slot over the phone. The car "just arrived" it wasn't clean, we had to wait while he did a botch detail job. Then at check out slaps us with a 300 charge. That over the phone FAILED to tell us about. read more

Was contacted by this office concerning my issue. Was told they understood my aggravation but didn't offer much other than I should give them another chance. I can't really afford to do that since its imperative I have a larger car at all times to accommodate 3 kids. I understand it was awhile back That I had this rental which was mid June, so maybe that's why there wasn't a huge offer to completely make it right. Could have offered something I would think. Kinda my fault I guess for not bringing it to their attention sooner. Was also told the issue of not having proper vehicle is beyond their control and i understand that to a degree. However don't try to give someone a Veloster when they reserve a full size car. I can see if a compact was originally reserved to make that offer but not when reserving a full size. I also think this location is limited on lot space and would do better at a much larger location where more in stock can be obtained. The branch right down the street which is Avis has been great over the last 6 weeks. I haven't had one issue of not having the proper car. If they didn't have it I was given the next step up. The rates are better and the car already has fuel full. Saves me a lot of time. I've talked with customers at Avis who said they will never use enterprise again. Too many games and nonsense to go through, plus I felt high pressure tactics. I was in the car business I would know. read more

While the vehicle we received was nice (hence 2 stars and not just 1) the service was not. My secretary at school had spoken to someone at their office in the morning regarding our rental. I believe his name was Kyle. For the past few years, our school has gone through this Enterprise office for our rentals. We have never had a problem until this time. When I called to ask them to drop off the car, the agent on the phone said "we don't do that." I know this is total bs because they've done it the last 3 years. I told him to get his manager on the phone who said the same thing. He argued with me about it so I told him is have my secretary call. She called and was treated rudely, stating she had spoken to Kyle that morning and we were supposed to have the car delivered. They wanted me to leave school and drive to their office for the paperwork, which is ridiculous because we had to leave at 2 and school doesn't let out til 2:30 so we never would have agreed to that. The agent continued to argue with my secretary and she told him that she had literally discussed this with him on the phone that very morning! You'd think they'd have some kind of notation system to see that we had them drop off the car in the past. After much argument, the manager got on the phone and said we didn't request "delivery" when speaking with the agent. At any rate, why all the argument? We had finally resolved to have him drop off the car which is no more than 10 in its away from their office. If they pick you up then what's the difference of them bringing the car to us? The manager said he would be there in 10 minutes. He arrived 30 minutes later. All he needed was a copy of my drivers license and a few signatures. I really don't know why it was such a big deal. He and his employee were rude to the secretary over something so small. Like I said, I'm only giving 2 stars because the van was nice, otherwise it would be only 1. read more
