    Rented a vehicle from the Manchester location. Had it for a few hours and the "maintenance…read morerequired " indicator came on. Drove towards home. Then the tire pressure light came on. Knew that wasn't good. Parked car at home because I was afraid to drive all the way down Manchester to return it. Roadside assistance did not answer. Initially getting into the car, there was no proof of the "sanitizing procedures" they claim to perform on each and every vehicle for the safety of the customers. THREE strikes against this location. AGAIN! Shame on us for using them. And be warned , they are NOSY. When doing the walk around to check for dings etc (which were already in the car before driving it off the lot) , the employee asked where I was going to be driving and why I was renting. What?????? Both of which are none of their business. The GALL of these employees is on another level. Unprofessional, nosy, and let's throw in rude as they accused ME of driving over a nail. Which didn't happen. Did it occur to them that most likely the prior driver had done this? What a disgusting and vile experience. Sorry Enterprise. You have gone too far DOWNHILL for us to ever come back. And we are upper level members. Truly unbelievable and inexcusable, Please please be warned......go somewhere else. In addition, the manager didn't do his job as he was asked to have the vehicle towed Saturday when we returned the key, (because roadside assistance wasn't answering,) and due to his rush to get off work,and his lack of professionalism , this ugly blue car sat from Friday afternoon until? .....It's now Monday morning 8:15 am. No sign of a tow truck. Absolutely a nightmare ....stay away. Shame shame shame As the CEO claims, "customers first...". That's almost laughable at this point. Requested for the 5th time a tow for this rental car sitting here e for almost 72 hours blocking my contractors at my home. Again, a 40,000 + mile 2020 Audi. Since when does Enterprise lease old vehicles????? Over 90 minutes later, no tow truck ! This just gets better and better. Think they care about customers?? Absolutely not. Time to man up and face your pathetic inconsistencies and lack of vehicles as well. What a shame St. Louis is the "world headquarters " for this sham of a business. They could care less about the people renting their cars. Fleets? Where are the fleets located. Certainly not in this town.

    This location was an absolutely humiliating and horrendous experience. We paid over $300 online to…read morerent a car, like we always do, and went to check-in. The employee, whose name was Emily, was extremely rude. She had an attitude from the very start. She made tons of snarky comments and asked many intrusive questions. Finally we get into our rental car, and it's parallel parked into a tight space between two other rentals. My Mom is not the best parallel parker and more of a cautious driver than I am, so I decided to help her pull the car out (even though the car was in her name). As I'm doing so, Emily, and her coworker, "Mike" come out and scold us. They yelled "you can't be driving the car! Only she can!!!" I explained that I was just moving the car so we could get out, and they said they didn't believe me, and to hand them the keys. I tried to explain the situation and they wouldn't budge. They said they were going to cancel the contract. I have never had an issue like this with an Enterprise before, and we had to be without a car for 2 entire days because of their lack of care or understanding over a small incident. They didn't even fully refund us for this issue, there's still outstanding charges. How is that fair? To be treated like we are criminals just because I, instead of my mom, moved the car that they parked so tightly? Shame on Enterprise, Emily & Mike. Thanks for reading my essay!
