Absolutely worst customer service experience I've had. First I had a full size pick up paid for and…read morethey try to pass off a midsize pick up to me and said that all they had and too bad. I kept saying no I paid for a full size. Suddenly a full size pick up shows up, with dirty socks in the trunk, and on the way home the low tire pressure comes on. So I go back and ask for a new truck and they give me my third truck. I go to check it out and the back left taillight is shattered. I go in again to have them get me another truck. The lady said that's all they have. I'm like okay can you call me another store then? She said no I already did. No she didn't I was outside for less an a minute. Also how would she know to call another store for me before I even saw the truck. I ask again can you please call another store? So she did and put it on speaker. After three rings she ends the call and says "no answer." This truck rental is for my wedding in another state that I leave for the same day as the rental pick up. So after them not having any other trucks. And after the third truck and the guy saying "it's fine the tail light still works." I said "No, I'm not driving a truck states over with a busted taillight and not get a ticket on the way." With no other options I take the second truck again and ask the male to come check to make sure the tire is okay. He did not and told ME to go take it to Firestone. And if there's first storms all over and they can just bill budget. That shouldn't be my responsibility to get their vehicle checked and fixed on my time. Firestone being busy said it might be a slow leak, which it was. Also never got a receipt because they already processed the third truck. She just wrote the truck number for the second truck on the third truck paperwork and kept it. So each day for my 9 day rental every morning I had to fill my tire up because it deflated over night. On the way home the back tail light went out and low on wiper fluid popped up. Never again will I ever go to O'Fallon budget and use Budget rentals.

Do not recommend, horrible customer service and even worse sprinter vans. Rented a sprinter van for…read morea road trip, check engine light and tire pressure light came on about an hour and a half into our trip. We called to try and get some assistance and the only option they offered was to turn around and return the van.... did not offer another vehicle or any other option. So we continue with our trip when the van begins to shake and make loud noises when we drive over 55-60 MPH. Again they offer no solution other than returning which would cause us to miss what we were traveling for that night. Then on the drive home we get a flat tire, we call the road side assistance number SAR provided us and they do not have the van listed in their system so we are stranded and have to use our own. We attempt to replace the flat tire and the key needed to release the spare is not on the van. SAR offers no solution and we are stranded and end up leaving the van and renting cars to get home. Now they have not given us a security deposit back or any other compensation for providing us a horrible van that should never have been rented out.

When I dropped it off, there wasn't any direction on what to do with the keys. But after a short wait an attendent came up and took care of everything. Everything worked out well.

Extremely Disappointing Service Department!…read more We brought our Holiday Rambler to Byerly in June for several repairs, including a significant water leak near the door. After more than two months, nearly $4,000 in charges, multiple trips, and two assurances that the leak had been fixed, the RV continued to leak when it rained. What was especially frustrating was learning that one repair was supposedly tested by spraying water on the RV while supervising staff stood outside rather than inside checking for leaks. Eventually, we were told the problem was the awning over the door, the same area they claimed to have repaired during our original visit. We had recently purchased a separate and expensive RV from Byerly, so we expected a much better level of service and workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has eliminated our confidence in their Service Department. Our Holiday Rambler is finally back, although we still don't know whether the leak is actually fixed. One thing is certain: we will not voluntarily bring our RV back to Byerly for service. Having an extended warranty that may require us to deal with this department in the future makes the experience even more disappointing. A message was left for the Service Department Manager, Steve, asking him to call me back in reference to a complaint about the service we received. As of this writing, he has not called me back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

She even checked on us upon and after our arrival. We ended up extending our trip and communication throughout the entire process was 5 star treatment.
