Extremely Disappointing Service Department! We brought our Holiday Rambler to Byerly in June for several repairs, including a significant water leak near the door. After more than two months, nearly $4,000 in charges, multiple trips, and two assurances that the leak had been fixed, the RV continued to leak when it rained. What was especially frustrating was learning that one repair was supposedly tested by spraying water on the RV while supervising staff stood outside rather than inside checking for leaks. Eventually, we were told the problem was the awning over the door, the same area they claimed to have repaired during our original visit. We had recently purchased a separate and expensive RV from Byerly, so we expected a much better level of service and workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has eliminated our confidence in their Service Department. Our Holiday Rambler is finally back, although we still don't know whether the leak is actually fixed. One thing is certain: we will not voluntarily bring our RV back to Byerly for service. Having an extended warranty that may require us to deal with this department in the future makes the experience even more disappointing. A message was left for the Service Department Manager, Steve, asking him to call me back in reference to a complaint about the service we received. As of this writing, he has not called me back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. read more

People told me not to buy or use Byerly bc of the lacking service. I didn't listen. It's true, crap service department. They Didn't know my camper was on site even though they gave me an appointment. Now two weeks gone since drop off and a simple fix is still not resolved. read more

Great help in every aspect of purchasing a new RV and Great support after! You have to know what you are looking for just like buying a house but they will answer all your questions to help you take that next step. Remember that every RV can have a problem just like a house or car. We pulled our Alliance 2,000 miles to its new home. Know that anything in the RV is experiencing the same as a 5 on the Richter scale in an earthquake. We've been full time RV'ing for 6 years. This is home. read more

The best Alliance dealer in the Midwest!! I keep seeing horror stories about other dealers which makes me very thankful that they're close enough to be our go to dealer. Jan in the Byerly Service Dept. has been a godsend. Honest, communicates well and even let us stay hooked up for a day as we prepped to go on our 6 month trip. It's service like this that makes RVing fun! Thanks to all at Byerly RV in Eureka, Mo. read more

These guys were absolutely amazing! We were bringing a motorhome from California and encountered below freezing temps requiring winterization. They were so accommodating and helpful! Jan did her very best to fit us in as we traveled. What a great group of people who take pride in their customer service!! read more

Bought parts from them that I wasn't sure I needed. Told the gentleman helping me I was only buying as a precaution. Told him specifically I would more than likely be returning them. Went to return parts approx 35 days later and was told there was a 30 day policy. Now why wouldn't the man helping me in the first place tell me this?! I would have made darn sure I got back before 30 days. read more

As first-time buyers, we could not have asked for a better experience. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Robert was very patient with us as we peppered him with questions. The whole buying process was seamless and efficient. We are very happy with our experience and highly recommend Byerly RV! read more

We were traveling back home to Nevada and our slide wouldn't retract. Byerly RV was the only place that would get us in- let alone get us on the road the SAME DAY! Sami, Nathan, Derrick, Dan in the service department were all simply amazing! Very friendly, stayed later to get us all fixed up. Eric took time to show us some class A motor homes, very tempting to drive off in one of those. Let's just say every person we came in contact with was very friendly, very helpful, and extremely nice. 10/10 recommend! read more

We were having electrical issues traveling through Missouri. Byerly got us in ...even though they were busy and tested the system and found campground plug may have been the problem. And charged us nothing for diagnosing the situation. We highly recommend them to anyone in the St. Louis area. Our Travato is back on the road....no more issues! Thanks Byerly!!! read more

Our second RV rental ever. 24' trailer. First time towing, and with trailer brakes and other new concepts. I was a tenter most of my life so all the moving pieces can be daunting. Byerly staff, however, got me right passed all my anxiety. From the front desk greeting to Patrick in Parts, all were pleasant. Misty made the rental process enjoyable, and cleared up all our questions. Terrence, David, and crew prepped the trailer and then Terrence showed us the ropes. Loved that he quizzed me a few times to ensure I was comfortable. They took their time showing me how to rig the trailer to the hitch - all very patient and clear. Nice job team! read more

We went a couple of days ago, they gave us a price, we continued to talk over the phone with them, we came back today and spent several hours there. We informed them that we would like to buy it and told them we would come back tonight with a check. After spending several hours there, I was informed they were now charging 10% more than what they quoted two days ago. I understand this is a hot market for campers right now, but that kind of negotiation lacks integrity. Byerly could have earned a lifelong customer but instead, I feel it necessary to share this experience with you, fellow campers. Additionally, they asked for $1000 to hold an order for a camper that is "on order" but couldn't provide a vin number. I wouldn't trust that the camper that we were allegedly buying even exists. Smoke in mirrors. Zero integrity. Update: sales manager Eric called after seeing my review and was very aggressive. Mansplaining won't cause me to update my review in a positive light (although maybe it has worked on others). read more

While I think Byerly sells good rv products, their support has become mediocre at best. There is nothing like planning in advance for service only to be called and told your appointment is cancelled because their lot is full. Not even a let's reschedule for a different day, just a we will let you know in the future when they might have a spot for you to bring it in. Sounds like time management classes may be needed for their employees! read more

Purchased a used 2015 CrossRoads 8/10/19. By 3am on 8/11 it was leaking rain water extensively from the closets, the baseboards around the floor, and the right rear corner. So badly that the electrical outlets tripped the GFI. After reporting the problem to Byerly on 8/13 and some negotiations, they are taking the first trailer back, and I am purchasing a brand new camper instead. read more

The people working there are truly the worst people you can meet, they will belittle you and call you stupid even if they're the one that made the mistake. I would never recommend this place and RV owners that I've spoken to also have very similar experiences. It's best to stay away. read more

Bought a New 2019 pull behind from them, experience was great. They walked us through everything and made sure everything worked and we new how to work everything. Recommended them to a family member and they had a really bad experience, the walk through was not very thorough but I thought that was because they were short staffed. I found a 2020 5th wheel that was easier to tow and decided to trade in the 2019 pull behind, needless to say I had the same lackluster walk through. Make sure they demonstrate "EVERYTHING" to you before leaving with a new or used RV. If you don't know how to use the equipment correctly, it will cost you! Service department is not upfront and for some reason can't give you an estimate in a timely manner. read more

Went there looking to purchase a used RV travel trailer as a first time user. My sales rep Andrew was excellent. Showed us several options. The second one fit us to a tee. Eric in financing was on the ball and got us a lower % apr than he quoted. Can back in two day to pick up the trailer and they (Lee) had cleaned it from top to bottom. He and Brandon (service) went over the unit with me from top to bottom and front to back. The previous owner had left some camping item in the trailer and we were given to option to keep it or they were willing to dispose of it. Needless to say being a first time TV owner we kept it all. Michele finished up all the paperwork and Judy at the front desk check on us continually. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT EXPERIENCE read more

The worst rv dealer. We bought a used class A diesel pusher with 90 day warranty. We have 2 ac units with heat pumps. We told them they kept icing up. They did not fix the problem I have photos of the icing of the coils freezing up they would not fix the problem. Next problem. The grey holding tank was leaking I told them countless time they wouldn't listen to me again. They said they fixed the problem well it still leaks I have videos of it leaking they don't care. We have a 90 day warranty in writing and had us come out to there place for 3 days it sat nothing been fixed still doing the same not fixed waisted 3days in hotel plus fueling cost to get it there and back with nothing fixed They said it was fixed and it was not.there warranty was a waste of time.. Don't do business with this outfit I have videos and photos of what was not fixed I can't keep going to there place anymore wast6my time and money. You r now warned rv people... Had to have another rv company fix there promising problems... read more

Stay away! We bought a used trailer from them. Everything was great until things were failing. Called and left voicemail for 3 different people and never got a call back. Finally, I called again and found out that we only have a 90 day warranty. The item that failed should have been inspected before the trailer was ever sold. Obviously it was not. I would stay away from these folks as they do not care about their customers. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this dealership! We ran into an issue one week into our two month cross country trip, called ahead and they were more than willing to help us out and get us on our way. Everyone from the service department desk, parts desk and technicians were top-notch. Professional, friendly, incredibly helpful. A big shout out to Sami who guided us in and through the process. Thank you. read more

Really solid experience renting an RV from Byerly. We were nervous about renting such a big-ticket item, but they made it very palatable. I appreciated the in-depth walk-through with Steve. Misty in the rental office was great. It was worth every penny just to have the experience, since we might buy in the future and there's nothing as valuable as an extended test drive! We will definitely be back in the future. read more

Barb is a Goddess. We are traveling Route 66 and on day 2, our rig is spraying hydronic fluid and the slides would not work. What do we do? We called Barb. She squeezed us into their schedule and took care of us. She called us throughout the day and kept us completely informed. Byerly RV, you have a great employee. Thank you for easing the stress, proving great customer service and getting us back on the road. read more

We rented an RV. The RV was very clean, but every customer interaction involved a long wait, whether in person or on the phone

Our concerns with our RV were how to winterize. We went to Byerly RV to the service department and talked to Pete about winterizing. He was more than helpful. He understood what we needed to do and wanted to make it as simple as he could. The staff also helped explain things to do. We were impressed with everyone and we will be back when we need parts and information. read more

Worse customer service ever! They see people are waiting to rent a RV and doesn't matter that your name is on a waiting list. Plus some bitch walks around on her high horse introducing herself to all of the staff as Gus's wife then talks with the employees delaying time for their customers. Highly suggest not doing business with this place! read more

Byerly RV Where do I begin? We are planning a rt 66 trip, with myself, my wife, her mother, and her mothers friend, Chicago to LA, then back thru the upper midwest in OCT, so we need a "roomy" rv unit. I submitted requests for a 34' rental from Byerly RV, and after a week, called them to find out why I had not received any quotes? I was told, "Our system messes up and put the requests in our junk folder"... well, if you KNOW THIS, correct the problem! Then, After another week I was told the unit I was interested has been rented, and is now not available to me for rental! Then, fast forward another week, I requested two more quotes for other units, a 36' and a 30', and was given a quote for a dinky 23' unit which is WAY too small for our needs, and quoted ABSORBANT milaege fees. I explained that other rentals (Jurni, Cruise America) are giving reduced rates of 17 cents per mile over the allowed 150 per day, giving other amenities FREE in place of reduced rates such as Kitchen kit, bedding kits, etc... Byerly stated, "we do not change the rate to accommodate the competitors prices." Well, you WILL NOT stay in business long, if your customers are not your TOP PRIORITY! So, now a month later, I am searching for, and WILL BE RENTING from a competitor of Byerly RV of St Louis! I will drive to DENVER if I have to, to avoid Byerly RV! Byerly RV of St Louis will NEVER get a dime of my money, EVER! RUDE! Obnoxious rental agent! read more

I rented an RV for two weeks to take my husband's ashes to California for burial. Byerly was well aware of the length of the trip and purpose. The RV had NO shock absorbers. We bounced and rattled for the full 4000 miles as things fell off[including a windshield wiper] and the air conditioning turned off and on. At times it was 88 degrees in the vehicle. I paid $ 6400 in rent and $3400 in gas for the worst trip of my life read more

We just bought a new Thor Challenger and Frank our Salesman was great. He let us look and answered all our questions we didn't feel pressured. Michelle did all the paper work with us and she was great very thorough. Brandon did our walk thru and he was very good since we had lots of questions and he took his time and explained everything to us. We then talked with Kyle in Parts and Service and he went thru items that were needed for our RV. Everyone here was so pleasant and they made us feel at home. We highly recommend if your in the market for new RV check them out. Byerly RV your employees are great. Thank you read more

We got a new travel trailer on Thursday and of course there is always a learning curve with a new camper. Today is Monday and we still had two issues that we couldn't resolve. We couldn't find the booster for the TV and we had no power on the outside outlets or the outside frig. We called your service department and talked to Barb who made two trips to the lot of check out East to West models. Of course, the model that we bought was not on the lot so she checked with Terrance and between the two of them, they solved both problems for us. We appreciate Barb going the extra mile for us and we appreciate Terrance lending his expertise. MANY THANKS TO BOTH OF THEM!!!!!! read more

Very professional. Brandon was topnotch for the walk-through on the 2016 Keystone Hideout that I bought at Byerly.

Amazing and responsive service! I was set out to camp this weekend and had a break issue. They were able to get me in and ensure we were set, and safe, for our weekend plans. So glad we purchased our Camper from them and will continue to come back for great products and services. read more

They talk about family. First trip out, I called with a question on my hot water heater. I had to leave a message and 5 days later, no reply. I think they are just like any other dealer. We love Byerly RV. We've been customers here for a long time. We bought our first rv here over 10 years ago. Service dept is impeccable. We purchased a propride hitch from propride to address sway issues with our 34 ft travel trailer. No one in the St Louis area would install it. Byerly did. Michael the installer did a great job. We also needed airbags for our F150 to level out our truck with this new hitch. Byerly installed that too. They spent time showing us how to hitch it up and get everything adjusted right. We really appreciate the fact that they care for there customers. We highly recommend them for both service and to purchase an RV. read more

on 2/19 we bought a brand new keystone hideout travel trailer. i would like to say its been great but we still don't have it so its not so great. byerly damaged the unit before we could take possession and it has been 5+ weeks and we still don't have our repaired trailer. it seems as if now that they have our money they can't be bothered to deal with us. there is a complete lack of communication and miscommunication between byerly and keystone. i have been repeatedly told that the parts have shipped, they've been expedited but to this date they have still not been received by the dealership. byerly employees have been nice and sometimes helpful (not always possible when there is no info from keystone) but we are frustrated beyond belief. if we had known that this would be how keystone does business we would have never purchased one of their trailers. byerly may be good and top rated but DO NOT buy a keystone. read more
