Huge kudos to Josh, General Manager, Bill in Service and Josh in Parts for saving our trip! You don't find customer service like that much anymore!

Several issues but the most prominent would be: we were supposed to pick up the unit at 9am Friday…read moremorning. We didn't leave camping world till 130pm. This wouldn't have been an issue except: -my husband works night shift and were told the unit would be READY to go at or around 9 am. It was specifically planned this way to accommodate his sleep schedule. -We were dealing pending and financing secured Monday. Told to come pick the unit up Tuesday and sign the papers. Husband drove an hour to the store to find the finance guy (who draws up the paperwork to sign) is off on Tuesdays. (Not just this Tuesday every Tuesday as per what he told me when we finally met Friday) on Tuesday (since finance guy is out) they make a plan for us to pickup Friday at 9am to accommodate husbands schedule. Cut to Friday morning... -we waited over 2 hr because the unit was being detailed.... I will attach pics of the detailing. We actually almost left, got to our truck and were called back because the detailing was finished. Edit to add: post won't allow pics but there was food mess splattered on the cabinets, dirty diapers in the bathroom cabinet, rat poop in the drawer, a dirty toilet and shower, the previous owners washcloth.... I can go on. Long story short we won't be doing business here again and suggest you don't either. I wasn't going to post this but as I was cleaning the "detailed" camper... I got angry.... I shouldn't be cleaning rat poop and dirty diapers out of a camper I just bought from a DEALER.

And it was because when the refrigerator was reinstalled, it was not secured properly. A 3/4 inch screw into particle board is not going to hold a refrigerator in place going down the road.. I made repairs in Texas, drove back 1300 miles and had no problems. They say it's not a warranty problem which I agree. It's not a warranty it's a technician issue. Got home and dropped it off for battery problems and other minor problems repaired Picked up the camper drove 60 miles home and the repairs were laying on the floor. It's a craftsmanship problem from your technicians. Have had battery issues since it was new.......Can't find anything wrong. Ask salesman and technician about static storage should battery be on or off? Nobody could tell me.

Lee was the only mobile mechanic who picked up the phone and responded to my call for help. Even though he had already worked 30 hours straight and it was late on a Sunday night, he came to my assistance on the side of the road and brought parts which fit the description of my problem. He showed up when he said he would, kept in contact with me, and when he arrived, he did what he said he was going to do, and replaced the parts he said he would replace. While I thought I was going to get back on the road with this repair, it did not produce the intended result. The actual problem was a shorted wire caused by complex factors and not easily identified late at night on a Sunday, so I had my vehicle towed to a nearby hotel and Lee came back the next day to continue working on the vehicle. It took a bit of time and trouble shooting to discover the underlying problem, but once identified, Lee fixed it right away and got my vehicle running. It took significant experience and know how to troubleshoot and identify my root cause problem. Lee had that experience and he stayed with me and continued to troubleshoot until it was finished. All throughout the process, he was honest, did what he said he was going to do, and followed through to completion. If you are stuck on the side of the road on Interstate 44 in Southeastern Missouri, Lee is someone you can trust to get you back on the road when you are in trouble and not a local.

My husband and I flew into St. Louis from Texas this weekend and rented an RV from St. Louis RV. I…read morecan't go on enough about how great the experience was! I found them online and put down my deposit. The RV we got (a Class C) was bigger than I anticipated. Very spacious and could sleep 10 people! Luckily it was just the two of us and my son meeting us at our RV spot for a family reunion. In the evenings we had plenty of room for a group to play cards, snack, etc. Anyway, about the experience.... Lora was very good at sending reminders of when the payment was due, emailing the paperwork for us to send back, etc. I was disappointed that we were the last in line to pick up our RV to start our vacation (3PM instead of 2 like I thought) but she ended up letting us bring it back an hour later which actually worked out better! The RV was clean and they did a great job of showing us how to use it. They were even available for a phone consultation (after hours) when we forgot one of the steps for leveling the motor home. I loved the fact that they didn't charge extra for generator use and we had a generous amount of miles that could be used per day. They even cleaned out the sewer for us when we dropped it off and refilled the propane so we didn't have to mess with any of that! All we had to do was bring it back full of gas which is very easy because there is a gas station across the street. Dropping it off was a breeze and took no time at all! I wish we didn't have to buy extra insurance as our car insurance would have covered it, but Lora explained that not all insurance companies are the same, and it was just for precaution. Luckily the extra insurance was not that much. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to rent another motor home in the St. Louis area. (Unless I can convince my husband to buy one!)

As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership agreed in writing to repair a shower wall that was severely bowed. When we got the camper back, the repair was unacceptable. The shower wall is still bowed, and now the bottom is pushed out even farther. Instead of looking like a new camper, it looks like a used shower was installed. We were then told that this was "the best they're going to do." When I tried to discuss the issue with Glen, the sales manager, he refused to listen to my concerns and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially after making a major purchase. The most frustrating part is that the dealership promised to fix the issue before the sale, even putting it in writing. Once the paperwork was signed and we took possession of the camper, it felt like those promises no longer mattered. We also purchased an extended warranty, so there should be no reason for a legitimate defect like this to be dismissed. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you're considering buying a camper here, make sure every promised repair is completed correctly before you take delivery, because getting them to stand behind their work afterward has been incredibly disappointing.
