They looked at my car and had a tech out to quickly diagnose it. They jumped in and fit my car in for repair right away. Within 3 hours, it was fixed and I was able to get back on the road back to Kansas City. Based on this first impression and good experience with them, I would absolutely recommend the service department at United. Andrew Stephenson, my salesman, had the truck that I had been talking to him about detailed and ready when we arrived. I haven't bought a new truck in 16 years. Andrew took a lot of time to explain all the new gadgets that were on the F150 that I was interested in. By the time we had finished looking over the truck, the test drive, looking over the truck again, playing with the buttons and dials, looking again at everything yet again it was almost closing time. Kevin MacKenzie stayed to help with finance and all the paperwork. He was knowledgeable about how buying a truck in Illinois when I lived in Missouri would involve different paperwork in order to get Missouri license plates. Everyone that my wife and I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Even though it was 90 minutes past closing when we finished they were happy to see us get our new truck and never once even hinted that it was an imposition to stay late due to our late arrival.
