I purchased a 2006 F350 diesel through an auction from Fruendly auto. When i received the truck,…read moreit would not pass emissions. Fruendly had not disclosed that the truck had been heavily modified with all the emissions equipment removed. in order to register it i had to spend $7000 to reinstall all the parts that had been removed. When i complained to Fruendly, they ignored all my complaints and avoided any sort of resolution. The auction site made money, Fruendly made money, and i got stuck with a truck i could not register or drive. I believe that Fruendly went through an auction site because they knew that the truck had too many issues to sell normally. Thanks a bunch.

Dropped my vehicle off in the morning on a Wednesday and called mid day to see if they had an idea of when it would be done. They asked to keep the vehicle overnight so they would have enough time to give it a good deep clean and give me my moneys worth. I said that was fine and picked it up Thursday around 1pm. My bill was $206 after a credit card fee. Overall the vehicle is a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off. I will say I am slightly disappointed, for a full detail I expected my vehicle to be spotless. One door still had milk stains and they didn't even vacuum out my child's car seat.
