The one thing most do not enjoy when looking at cars is the pushy environment you get when you go onto a lot. That was not the case here. Kyle was not pushy, he made you feel so at ease, answering every single question without making you feel uncomfortable or uneasy.. The funny thing was though, I wasn't even really looking for a new car, just happened to be driving by and seen a very cute, brand new Bronco, stopped to take a peek, & Kyle came out and was just so polite, kind and again, not pushy (so appreciative of that)... LITERALLY- We could not wait to go back the next morning even. It was the easiest, most enjoyable car purchase we have ever made. This gentleman is a absolute asset to this company. The truck I went to go look at was just over $55,000. If I wanted to pay cash, they wanted to charge me an extra $3500. Without a Ford GMC OR Chevy trade in, it is $1500 more.... ‍ This place is a joke. Stay away and don't make the drive up here because the prices look cheap. They do that to get you there and then you find out all this nonsense. In all seriousness, our sales person, Mike Novacich was really good. If you can deal with the Dealers BS pricing strategies then you should deal with him if you can. If it would give me the option to give them a zero star, I would. What they do with their advertised pricing should be illegal. I will definitely be sharing this with others.

I have been dealing with an issue on my old dodge truck for a minute now. Me and my mechanic were…read moreboth baffled so I looked around for a dealer to diagnose my issue. I call all the ones by my house and I was told 3 and 4 weeks out before they could even look at my truck. Troy is a bit of a drive but I figured it was worth a try. Not only did they have an opening weeks before everyone else, they called me today because they have diagnosed the problem and the part will be in Monday. A week before they the day they originally quoted me. I probably will never own another Dodge but I would highly recommend Jake and the service department at this location. I will update y'all on Monday if anything changes but right now I'm feeling pretty darn optimistic
