I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. True to form, he arrived in under 40 minutes and saved the day once again! What really stands out about Brandon is not just his skill, but his personality. The driver lowered the lights and trail hitch down to sneak through a row entrance. The Durango was wedged in next to a post and unable to be moved out of neutral. Yet he was able to get it up on sleds and maneuver the vehicle around the post and our of a tight space surrounded by other cars and get it out. I could not have been more impressed.
