I had a great experience with Majeed towing. My car broke down in the basement of my corporation. I didn't think that a tow company would even be able to get into the garage. The driver lowered the lights and trail hitch down to sneak through a row entrance. The Durango was wedged in next to a post and unable to be moved out of neutral. Yet he was able to get it up on sleds and maneuver the vehicle around the post and our of a tight space surrounded by other cars and get it out. I could not have been more impressed. read more

They towed my car. I was only on the pick-up end. Not on the delivery end. So I can only comment on the pick-up. It was bad from beginning to end. The kid (to young for this important intricate job). The kid was rude. Ignored me when I asked a question, about what he was doing. It was the first time in 6 years my car was going to be towed. He made many mistakes. Some he caught and fixed right. Others I had to stop him and tell him that what he was doing was wrong. And then he fixed it. You could clearly tell he was new and really didn't look like or act like he knew what he was doing. Also, and this is my biggest complaint. He was on drugs. He was so hyped (some kind of speed or coke). I have friends who do it. And the signs are unmistakable. The forgetfulness and freaked out actions was really noticeable. Clearly this Company doesn't require drug testing. They need to implement it NOW! My car is very important to me. They were a zero in stars. But you did not have that option. Thank you for letting me tell of my horrible experience with your Driver and your Company. Good Luck. Because your going to need it. He needs to be Fired. read more

I was stranded with a shredded tire on Highway 40. I have Verizon Roadside Service. I'm SO happy that they contract with your company. James arrived in a flash. He could not have been more competent and courteous. Fantastic service. I highly recommend your firm and James. Patti Green read more

Rude company to work with. No accountability. The tow truck was unexpectedly re-routed to another job while in the middle of the dispatch to my pick up. I was not notified or called. We called them as i noticed the map showed the driver pass my location for pick up and drop off...and they acted like it was no big deal. I schedule assistance at 6:45am, did not get towed until nearly 10am, after being advised 24 minute wait time and they were on their way. When I expressed frustration and dissatisfaction as I sat there with my two kids, the response I got: I'm just the driver. I said I'm not trying to be rude, I'm frustrated on what to expect. And asked if he would be re-routed again in the now 20 additional minutes he said it would take. And he said I was extremely rude. It is what it is in this situation. They are able to treat you in any way they feel simply because I need a tow and don't have a tow truck of my own. Would not recommend. read more

9 :30 p.m. Aug. 28. Requested tow of six miles from Dorsett Village to Meineke repair shop on Overland told it would be an hour and a half before they could get to me. $156 cash. Or with charge card, add another 5%. You gotta be kidding. Will leave it over night. Get a reasonable outfit to do the job. read more

Terrible "help" Had a tire blow out on the highway and one of their drivers offered to "help." First offered $300 to just use their jack to get the boat up, then when told absolutely not, offered $100. The man then took the tire off and when replacing it stripped 4 of the bolts, had to spend triple the time finding the new equipment to then do all the labor ourselves and he ended up being more of a curse than a blessing for pulling up. Would not recommend, instead get to the nearest auto parts where the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable read more

Be warned -Terrible experience. After loading my vehicle onto the truck bed, the driver (while on his cell phone) proceeded to drive through some tree branches, creating multiple scratches on two sides. Even with photo evidence and the repair body shop damage review, Majeed Towing denied any accountability. So now I am left with $2k in damages. The company owner dodged my calls and was very unresponsive to written documentation. read more

I had a blowout while driving to work and called my insurance company because I have roadside assistance. After about an hour, they advised me that Majeed Towing would arrive approximately 45 minutes later. I checked with a local tow company and they would respond in 15 minutes. I called Majeed and cancelled the tow and was rudely questioned by the person who answered the phone about why I canceled the request. I told him a local tow company could arrive faster. He hung up on me abruptly. read more
