I called for a tow and I was quoted $100 I told I would be paying with my debit card and nothing was mentioned in regards to fees. When they brought my car they told me they drove it up, wish they called to tell me it was running bc when I called it wouldn't start. They dropped it off charged me $150 plus 3% for using my card. So way more then I was told on the phone. Overall terrible communication to no communication. Overpricing and changing the price after you use their service. So I don't recommend unless you're prepared to fight on what quoted versus when they arrive. They gentlemen who took my call was very nice hence my higher review read more

Good tow service, prompt and communicative. Tow was a bit expensive ($135 for less then 2 miles) All their trucks are flatbeds so rest easy knowing your drivetrain won't be worn in the process! read more

What a great experience!! My car's starter would not work, and therefore I could not move my vehicle at all. Within 30 minutes of calling, Bam-Bam shower up ready to help me out. My car was in an alley and facing a fence, and he was still able to get it out and onto the truck. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience! I spent $130 on a tow for less than a mile of driving it. read more

These guys have no idea what they're doing. The problem seems to stand from the owner mostly even the drivers say he doesn't give them the proper equipment to do what they need to do. I told my insurance company not to ever call them again. They dropped my car off, parked halfway out in the street. They had to come back to fix it and still couldn't fix it so I called a different tow company. They did the job in like five minutes. Big boys. read more

A-Always Towing - This is how they left my van parked in front of my house. They claim they couldn't get it any closer to the curb. Don't ever. - Towing Near Me - St. Louis, Missouri

One of the worst experiences calling for road service. Called for a tow car service, the guy is extremely emotionally unstable. He asked me how tall is the clearance for the parking garage, and after I replied 10 meters he continued yelling what is 10 meters with the f word. In the end he still didn't understand what meter is and hung up my phone, feeling pretty upset about his own illiteracy. If you've ever went to high school, probably do not use their service. read more

Super friendly and insightful customer service! Josh was a quick, efficient person to work with and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Chris Calk was the driver and he was super cool. My alternator went out and I had them tow my truck back to my house... Chris let me and my dog hitch a ride... put the my truck exactly where it needed to go. I felt terrible I couldn't give Chris a tip... This was a terrible weekend for my truck to break down and I had to move funds just to get a tow. They got to me quickly... Chris was professional but matched vibes... He's a good dude. Use these guys when you need a tow... Take comfort in knowing you're taken care of if Chris tows your vehicle: he's a good dude. read more

I was initially told 40 to 90 minutes after waiting two hours. I called asking what time they would be at my location. The secretary gave me attitude saying they just dropped someone off, I just needed to wait then hung up. I don't feel a person waiting two hours would be treated as an annoyance but I sure was. read more

The positive - Very fast service. The tow truck arrived within 15 minutes of my initial call to the company. The driver was very nice and helpful. The negative - When I called for the tow truck, I was quoted a price of $85 for the service. However, once the driver arrived at my destination with my car he told me that the cost would $165. More or less double of what I was quoted on the phone. Be very wary of using this company. Due to the sketchy pricing issue, I will not be using them again. read more

Unbelievable service. Chris came out to jump start my Mini when it wouldn't start. Thought I'd have to tow it to the dealer for sure which is always a major expense! Turns out, my battery drained temporarily. During the heat wave, my engine fan ran continuously after I turned off the engine. Chris tested the battery. It was fine, saving me an unwanted tow to the dealer. He's totally knowledgeable AND a nice guy to boot. I'd use them again in a flash! read more

Called for a tow from home, truck was here within 25 minutes. Truck operator was super friendly. Price was a little below what I was expecting....all in all...superb experience. read more

We needed a tow early on a Saturday. We called and they were there within 15 minutes, just as he promised on the phone. After dropping the car at the repair shop, the driver gave us a ride home. We'll call them again for sure! read more

Driver Chris responded quickly and was so helpful and definitely put me at ease. Vehicle was loaded onto the tow truck and he even explained to me how and why the vehicle was secured. I was given detailed information on where the vehicle would be going and how to contact the company if any further was needed. Wonderful experience! read more

October 10 my car was vandalized in the parking lot of the building I live in (for the second time in two months.) My insurance adjuster called A1 Always towing and Byron showed up before my adjuster said he would. Bryon was beyond helpful. My car battery was dead, and Byron couldn't drive onto to tow truck. He pushed it into place behind the tow truck and asked me to steer so it would line up. He was a very hard worker, pleasant to talk to and a very hard worker. I think it took at least a half hour of moving the truck back and forth to get it position. I gave him all the money I had in my purse, it was only $6). I wanted to give him more. He is a good employee. I would recommend him and A1Always to everyone. I meant to write this last Monday, but couldn't get to it. Tell him thank you for me. read more

After a rough wreck and a lot of not knowing what was going to happen next, A-Always Towing was reliable and fast with helping me make sure that my car was towed to a safe area. Chris was the person I worked with and he went out of his way to make sure that everything was taken care of. read more

These guys did great. Even backed it to the exact spot where I needed it. Awesome job

Solid service by Chris the tow truck driver. Chris showed up when he said he would and took care of business.

I picked A-Always because of their great Yelp reviews, and ideal location. Josh was my driver. He is clean-cut and smart, and very professional. Their estimate on my charges was accurate. Billing, payment, estimate, all digital and modern. Got my digital receipt at the end of service. The driveway where I wanted my truck parked was too narrow for the tow truck - instead of following my instructions and rolling over the flower bed and lawn, Josh suggested a way we could roll the truck into the narrow driveway. He thinks ahead. I couldn't be happier with this tow job. read more

Josh serviced my car today. I had to have it towed. He was very professional. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know and anyone that ask about a towing company. They are affordable and a quick response to tow time. read more

I called early this morning because I'd managed to plant my car in a ditch. Not only did a fantastic person show up within an hour, but she pulled my car out and was incredibly nice while she was at it. Hopefully I won't have to call for a tow again, but if I do have to, I'm calling this company. If you're in a bad spot, these are the people you call. read more

Chose A-Always to have my car towed to our mechanic after a drivetrain malfunction. We had used them once before and had a great experience. This time was no different. Amanda was great! Prompt, professional, and very friendly. Will definitely call them again should the need arise. Thanks! read more

Tonight I was tailgated by one of your drivers. I was on highway 170 around 8:15pm. I was going 70+ miles in the fast lane, passing people. Your driver rode my ass for a good while, even after I tapped my brakes to let them know to back off. Then they flashed their lights at me multiple times. I was doing over 70 and passing people. There was NO reason for that reckless driving. If someone in front of me slowed or slammed on their brakes your flatbed tow truck would have crushed me and left me with severe injuries, or death. I got over and let them pass when it was safe for me to do so. However, this happened again as the both of us exited on to highway 40. I was in the fast lane, again going in excess of 70, and passed your driver. They then got behind me and rode my ass, and flashed their lights. They tried to pass me but there were cars in the center lane, unfortunately, leaving them no option but to follow me. This sort of driving of a large truck is reckless and potentially harmful. Please advise whomever that they need to be more responsible on our roadways. read more

Drivers are rude. Maybe don't brand the truck or hire people with a better attitude.
