The first thing I noticed is the county sheriff has their vehicles serviced here. That gives you a sense of ease in itself. All of the staff are super friendly and seem like down to earth people. Not something you will find at chain run places, giving a home town country repair shop feel "because it is". They have a fairly large staff on hand. Cars were going in the bay and out remarkably fast. They do tires here from garden tractor to tractor-trailer size. They do towing here as well. As far as what you will find inside, a huge waiting room with a soda and food vending machine. I did only come here for an oil change an tire rotation which ran me around $65. A little pricey but I'm willing to support a local non chain shop. I recommend this shop to anyone who needs service and will definitely be back.

We called our regular roadside service company through our insurance and the company they called said they could only install a spare tire, or tow us to a tire shop, and when they found it was a motorhome they were not interested in the business. We called another shop that specialized in truck tires and they said they would be there in an hour, but four hours later they had never showed up. I called several other facilities who either told us that our vehicle was too big to service (they worked on cars and pickups) or it was too small to service (when I called a semi truck tire shop). Our RV is a Ford F53 truck chassis on which many smaller commercial trucks are built. After several other calls, with the day slipping away, I called Warrenton Tire and Muffler on the advice of a local Missouri RV dealer. Even though we were 40+ miles from them, they said they'd be there in 45 minutes--I was skeptical after my earlier experience, but they were there in 43 minutes (I kept track). The service person they sent--I wish I'd gotten his name--was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. While he was there he checked the other five tires on our RV which was a good thing because he found another tire dangerously low on pressure. The price they charged me for all that was MUCH LESS than I expected for them having come so far to provide service. Having problems on the road is stressful enough, not knowing who to call, and having several other businesses say they were not interested in my patronage. Warrenton Tire and Muffler relieved all that stress, with friendly, extremely professional service. I will recommend them to anyone in the area!

Parts at other places were even cheaper. They said the cost for the "high-quality" parts was $800. I spoke with many mechanics who said the parts from Autozone will work perfectly fine. Scott's couldn't tell me what brand they use for parts because the price gouging would expose them. The point is, be very careful when dealing with them because you WILL pay more than other shops for just the parts. Do your research and don't trust solely on positive reviews. My wife and I were driving from Kansas City to St. Louis for my 50th high school reunion. Our vehicle broke down and we were stranded. We called Gastorf Chevrolet and Chris (the service department manager) agreed to let us have the car towed to his location. He understood we were stranded so he referred us to Julie Wallace in sales. Julie said she would see what she could do to help us and promised to call me back. A short time later Julie called with some weekend saving news---she had secured a loaner car for us! Julie stayed after her shift had ended on Friday to make sure we received the loaner. As a result of her going above and beyond, my wife and I made the 50th reunion---and had an incredible time. Hats off to Chris who passed along our urgent needs to Julie. If he hadn't got the ball rolling, I'm not sure what would have happened. A sincere thank you to everyone that helped us! Tony had bottles of water on his desk for all humans and dogs. I never thought I would have driven so far but was looking for the same car I already had to pull parts from older car. I am a retired firefighter/medic strive for perfection in a time of need. I must say Tony was quick on the spot and thinking ahead.
