Several days went by with no word and I called them - The female (owner's daughter I think) said she would check on it and call me back. I never got a callback. The next day I call back in and she said she would have to check on it. I told her I would wait on the phone. She said that it had to be ordered and could take a week or more and that she would call me. Two weeks later, the part comes in, they install it but cannot wire it up because it was THE WRONG PART! Again they need to order the part. Another week goes by and I still have no update and no car. So I call once again and get to speak to the owner. Not only does he not apologize for the delay or ordering the wrong part, but when I ask for ETA, he gets snippy with me saying that my car is taking up rack space in his garage and that it is slowing them down/costing them business. I'll tell you what, jerky... if you hadn't ordered the wrong part, that would not happen. If calls were returned and I was kept up to date, I would not have had to babysit.
