They would go to dobbs or another chain because it's well known but I saw this place had a 5 star rating and I was like okay let's give it a go. I did my research for the type of tires I should get. Earlier this winter I was sliding over ice and was convinced I needed to get an SUV until everyone around me said no I just need new tires lol So I found all weather tires and even opted for something highly rated that's more expensive but popular because it gave me peace of mind to know they were a solid choice. The men who I interacted with were so nice and educated me. I made an appt online and then they called me because they could get me in earlier (which I was so grateful for!!) I did have a prior appt and they said I could swing by whenever and they would finish before close so I could come by to pick it up. Knock on wood it's been great so far! Should be good for the next 6 years. I'll probably have a new car by then but hoping I won't have any trouble! So they shipped,same day to Lake STL, and was cheaper than anywhere else. I came back 3 hours later and they installed the 4 tires in about 30 minutes. They cleaned/shined the tires. Ran an alignment test. -I did not need an alignment. -My old place always charged me. Place is really clean and friendly. Aiden, my sales guy, was awesome!! Super friendly and found me discounts. I'll be back with my other vehicles! Freddy's is next door. You can eat ice cream and watch them install your tires in 30 minutes. It's perfect!

I told the young man that my tire was leaking based on the alert on my dashboard. He offered me a seat and went about checking the tires. He said they would find the problem and let me know. A little later he advised that my tire had a metal shard in it and they were able to fix it. I asked the cost and he said, "No charge." If they are able to fix the tire, they don't charge; they only ask that you patronize them the next time you need tires. I was escorted to my car which was delivered near the entrance and drove home completely satisfied with this encounter. What a great business model.

The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is truly the best business in Fairview Heights, Illinois, and it has officially become my go‑to place for all my car needs. While I was there, I overheard another customer complimenting an employee--Cody--on his great work and friendliness, which matched my own experience. Patrick and Michael helped me during my visit, and each of them showed their own unique style of kindness and professionalism. Even the gentleman at the soda machine offered me a drink. It may seem small, but it meant a lot. The staff interacts with customers the entire time, creating a welcoming and genuine atmosphere. Plaza Tire is a real asset to Fairview Heights. They had installed the tire incorrectly and damaged the break pads in a way where they were constantly engaged. Apparently they had "test drove" the car before handing us the keys and the car was "way better now". It is blatantly obvious that they did not do this as the car can barely accelerate past 25 miles per hour. We simply wanted someone to fix a tire.... That has turned into thousands of dollars worth of damage with no compensation from this company. If you're thinking about coming here.... Literally anywhere else is going to be a better bet for you. Cannot express how Terrible service was. Edit: They expect us to drive the damaged vehicle back to their shop and refused to tow it. This is a big deal as the damage they had done to the break pads can cause the pads to overheat and start a fire. The tire was patched and replaced. Ok, good My issue is that there seemed to be total disregard for my vehicle. When I got back in to leave, the steering wheel was absolutely filthy, caked with dirt. Yes, auto mechanics hands get dirty, but I've never seen anything like that. The compartment in the back of my vehicle where the tire tools are stored was left completely open, the lid kind of thrown into the back of my car instead of just putting the lid on. Then the cover for the hole where the tool is inserted to lower the spare was missing. I went back in and they did eventually find it after about 10 minutes of looking. I am glad the tire was fixed but just seems like they should be more careful with the vehicle.

The latest is I called at 10:00 am on Saturday and asked if they could work in a simple rotation just sometime that day. Anytime that day. Told they could before 4:30 so I said I'd drop off before noon. I was then told has to be dropped off in next 30 minutes which I did. Arrived and told it might "carry over" until Monday. Umm no, it won't. Went to Tire Choice down the street and started on it in 10 mins. What changed in that 30 minutes when Plaza knew I was dropping off? More profitable tire sale? Laziness? Whatever, not the way to develop business relationships. NEVER AGAIN. Tire Choice is so nice Open to discussing what? There isn't anything to discuss. Done with you
