He is quick on his diagnostics and quick on his repairs. He is also very reliable, true to his word, and affordable! I feel he prioritizes locals and I personally LOVE that. His diagnostics fee is $100, but if you choose to use him to do the repairs then that $100 is used toward the overall balance. I have seen all the bad reviews at different locations. Here's my experience:…read more 5-Star Review I had the pleasure of getting my car serviced today at Plaza Tire, and I am genuinely impressed. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is truly the best business in Fairview Heights, Illinois, and it has officially become my go‑to place for all my car needs. While I was there, I overheard another customer complimenting an employee--Cody--on his great work and friendliness, which matched my own experience. Patrick and Michael helped me during my visit, and each of them showed their own unique style of kindness and professionalism. Even the gentleman at the soda machine offered me a drink. It may seem small, but it meant a lot. The staff interacts with customers the entire time, creating a welcoming and genuine atmosphere. Plaza Tire is a real asset to Fairview Heights. Please don't change--at this rate, you'll have the whole city coming to you for their automotive needs. This company is on a path to grow. Until they show me a bad experience. I rate this as a great place. Cody will be going to Belleville Illinois and I think he will be a great asset to the Plaza tires.

Two years ago I had Len's Auto Repair replace a coil on the back valve cover. The mechanic doing…read morethe work dropped my aluminum intake manifold and broke a corner off. They told me they were locating a used one and found one in Kentucky. Called and said vehicle was repaired and ready. Wasn't until a while later I realized they had only JB Welded the corner back onto intake and not replaced it. No issues or check engine lights so I let it be. Fast forward two years and I have an oil leak on back valve cover. I went in to get an estimate and told them, by the way, when you did the repair two years ago and YOUR employee dropped and broke it you didn't replace the intake like you said. The estimate was $973 and I said I'll do it myself. When I removed the intake the corner piece was separated from the intake. ( I JB didn't last) I took it to the shop and showed them and said all I should do is grind off old JB Weld and reapply some. I said can't you do it for me since YOUR mechanic broke it. Again, they said all I had to really do was clean it up and put some more JB on it. Once again, I said well I think you should do it since you broke it and he said well it would be a week or two because I have mechanics on vacation and etc. etc.. I just shook my head and walked out.
