Missouri was in the throes of the aptly named Devil's Front Porch season recently and mom's car was having AC issues: cold on the right side and warm on the left. Yeah, no. So I did some research while I was melting like a wicked witch and ended up choosing this place. I was able to get a fast appointment. The price was right. The people were nice. And now the AC is blowing colder than Third Winter. Lindenwood is an oldie, but a goodie.

They needed my car for four hours so I brought it in at the agreed upon 9:00 am. Unfortunately, I didn't get my car back until 4:30. The good news is that I had four tire pressure monitors replaced. I had the exact same four tire pressure monitors replaced on an identical car two weeks earlier, at a Cadillac dealer in Florida. Arvin was 45% ($270) less than the dealer. No names are going to be named I just wanted to make everyone aware of potential criminal activity . Ofallon Garage employed a professional credit/ debit fraudster who is still currently working there. They store the credit card information for months then will use it later, long after the time of a purchase made at Ofallon Garage so the unsuspecting victims wouldn't know where the charges came from. The owner is well aware of this is knowingly having the fraudster dealing with your sensitive data. I've heard of multiple people having fraudulent charges occur on their account. I just wanted to give a heads up to my community.

This is the worst shop to bring your vehicle to. I had my girlfriend's Acadia towed to this shop…read morefor starting issue. After the mechanic took a look at it, he couldn't figure out the issue and said I would need to take it to a GM dealer. Turns out the mechanic found some wires he had no idea what they were and cut them out. These wires were part of the after market remote start that was installed by another shop. I brought this concern to the shop manager and he said they wouldn't charge us for "looking at it" but they weren't going to fix anything. We were also told that the mechanic who worked on it doesn't work for him but rather works behind the shop. So not only did I pay to tow it to the shop, I had to pay to tow it to a GM dealer to fix the mess they had made cutting the wire harnesses and then pay another $1000 to install a new remote start system all cause they were incompetent, shady and screw people over. I will give them credit for making it look like they were being nice and not charging us to look at it but really they were making sure they couldn't be held liable cause with no charge, no official service was provided and according to the shop it was taken to the mechanic who worked on it "doesn't work for them". Please do not put yourself in that position to be screwed over or taken advantage of and ripped off by OFALLON GARAGE when there are other reputable shops like AUTOTECH or LENS or LTS or MEYER AUTOMOTIVE in the area. I wish I could leave no stars but I had to put atleast 1 which they definitely do not deserve

I can't say enough good things about Master's Touch in St. Peters, Missouri…read more On the Friday before the holiday, they agreed to take a look at my car as a walk-in when it started acting up. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Zane came outside immediately, checked my oil, and then offered to run diagnostic codes on the car. He took the time to explain the report, reassured me that the car was safe to drive, and--with absolutely no pressure--simply asked whether I'd like to schedule an appointment to have it checked further or wait to see if the issue happened again. When I offered to pay, he told me there was no charge. I even tried to give him a tip to buy lunch, and he politely declined, saying the only thing he wanted was for me to tell others about the business. Service like this is incredibly rare these days. I wish I lived closer, but I'm honestly considering making the 40-minute drive to have them become my regular mechanic because trustworthy, honest shops like this are hard to find. I can't recommend Master's Touch highly enough. If you're looking for a mechanic you can truly trust, this is the place to go!

Meanwhile, they demanded $300 to replace our battery, asked $200 for a "hard to find" license plate mount for my kid's car ($20 on amazon), and took weeks to turn over the money they got when they sold her wrecked car for us.
