They completed the emissions and I was out of there in 10 minutes. This place is crazy busy but I had no problem getting an appointment and getting taken care of. I'm so impressed that they were so honest and upfront about the tire rotation. They could've easily done that and just charged us even though it wasn't necessary. Over $100 for a synthetic BLEND oil change that normally costs me $65 at most with the competitor up the street. I had asked for a roundabout price for the blend on the phone and was told around $70. $100 is not near $70 like I was told. I have a full synthetic car that costs less to have the oil changed in it. Based on this I refuse to go back as every dollar counts especially in this economy.

Lol Did a quick search on Google Maps and this shop was the closest to us. We arrived at the business and was greeted by gentleman named Kevin. I told him what our issue was. About 20 minutes later he let me know that one of the tire valve stems failed and was causing the tire to lose pressure. I pulled out my wallet and asked him what I owed and he said "don't even worry about it, you're traveling through with your wife, little one, and a pooch. I'm happy to get you back on the road and off to where you're heading" Now I'm not saying, go to this business with the expectation to get free service(s) lol but I just wanted to share my experience and I think it should at least show that the folks that run/ own this business are good hearted/honest people.
