I do t know why I ever bother going anywhere else. OT and Jay are so friendly and helpful and QUICK! They will make recommendations but never pressure or condescend. Drove into this location(JIFFY LUBE ON N MAIN) Aug 27,2019 because I was concerned about my tire pressure thought -my own tire gauge seemed wrong so I asked if they would mind checking and adjusting pressure if needed. After the young woman, Ally,** adjusted the tire pressure I was so appreciative and despite her initial decline for a tip I insisted she take the $10 tip and get lunch on me. So she accepted as to not hurt my feelings. . So, while pulling out of the "bay" something under my car was caught on curb surrounding the underground work area. I became extremely concerned but the young lady saw what was going on and instructed me to pull forward while she freed up the piece of rain shield that was covering my radiator, which was hanging down significantly enough that the three workers, with my vehicles best interest in mind, asked if I would mind waiting while they finished up another customer so that they could all get a better look and of course I was more than willing to wait. Turned out that the shield hanging off could have actually punctured my radiator and with my permission. They all 3 people (OT, ABBY, and one other younger gentleman)worked to dissembled the shield. that was a surprise to us all, considering it was coming off the car in that way however it was difficult to completely remove. So without them taking it off, no telling how much damage under my car would have been done if it was RIPPED OFF while driving. or said The 3-4 foot long 2ft wide HEAVILY DAMAGED piece of plastic most likely would have punctured the radiator sooner than later. I would not have needed an oil change or repair that would have discovered what JIFFY LUBE mechanics were vigilant and caring enough to identify, suggest I stay there until they investigate, and ultimately resolve a potential hazard to myself, other motorists and an extremely expensive repair had it punctured the radiator or god knows what else! The people and the quality of work, couldn't be ANY BETTER. THEY CHARGED ME NOTHING! I had tears in my eyes because THAT IS NOT SOMETHING YOU CAN FIND OFTEN THESE DAYS. Good people doing quality work and doing it with compassion and honesty. I'll be taking my vehicle here from now on for all routine maintenance. Great job you 3. (Sorry I butchered names) but management, Please acknowledge the three workers on the day I mentioned above. They are examples of what our world needs, and you are lucky to have them in your shop! Great service and quick! Jason got his oiled changed today and we were in and out in 15 minutes. They did offer additional services, but they didn't push it. We recently moved to O'Fallon, MO, from Chicago, and needed to have safety and emission tests and VIN/odometer readings on all three of our vehicles in order to get MO license plates. Got there first thing in the morning on a Thursday, and we had all three cars taken care of before 10a. The gentlemen who worked on the cars were friendly and extremely courteous. Would definitely go back there for oil changes if there was an oil change deal. Note: they don't do the tests we had done on Wednesdays or weekends. Call ahead to make sure. read more

I've had my oil changed here twice and both times was in and out in about 15 minutes. The service is excellent - very courteous and not pushy at all with the extra services they offered. Last time I was there, they also caught a coolant leak which saved me from getting my car overheated and possible engine damage. I've been to Jiffy Lube's all over the country, and they provided hands down the best service I've ever gotten from a Jiffy Lube or anywhere else I've gotten an oil change. read more

I recently had a tire rotation done at Midas and was driving to Sedalia from Wentzville and on the way my car started shaking really bad and my tires were vibrating. I pulled over and all the bolts on the front left and right tire were loose and coming off! So I tightened them for a quick fix and when I got home I went to Jiffy Lube because I have had awesome experiences here before and I trust them. Riley and Alex were there and checked all my tires and tightened all of them! My car rides perfect now. They were professional, caring, and made me safe on the road again!!!!! They fixed what someone else messed up without complaining or talking negatively of Midas which I thought was very impressive. I will now always come here and go nowhere else! They are awesome! I would give 0/5 stars if it was an option!! I went in for an oil change. Toward the end of the service I noticed one of the workers in the back seat of my car. Why was it necessary to be in my back seat?? Anyway, that's not even the complaint. I left and got about 5 miles away when my car signaled "engine overheated-engine idle" and I pulled over for the engine to cool down. I called jiffy lube saying I was coming back to see what was wrong and they responded "we did nothing wrong so there is nothing we can fix". I made it about two miles and my engine overheated again, and I pulled over conveniently in a Chevrolet dealership parking lot. A man from their service department discovered the coolant cap was not put back on, the coolant had burnt up and there was nearly no coolant left for my engine, AND my engine very likely would have blown if I would've driven all the way home. I called jiffy lube back, informing them of the problem and that I would never be returning, and they responded, "alright, sorry to hear" and hung up on me. I have never had engine problems with my car before this visit. Terrible customer service and service department work!! read more
