We called our regular roadside service company through our insurance and the company they called said they could only install a spare tire, or tow us to a tire shop, and when they found it was a motorhome they were not interested in the business. We called another shop that specialized in truck tires and they said they would be there in an hour, but four hours later they had never showed up. I called several other facilities who either told us that our vehicle was too big to service (they worked on cars and pickups) or it was too small to service (when I called a semi truck tire shop). Our RV is a Ford F53 truck chassis on which many smaller commercial trucks are built. After several other calls, with the day slipping away, I called Warrenton Tire and Muffler on the advice of a local Missouri RV dealer. Even though we were 40+ miles from them, they said they'd be there in 45 minutes--I was skeptical after my earlier experience, but they were there in 43 minutes (I kept track). The service person they sent--I wish I'd gotten his name--was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the problem and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. While he was there he checked the other five tires on our RV which was a good thing because he found another tire dangerously low on pressure. The price they charged me for all that was MUCH LESS than I expected for them having come so far to provide service. Having problems on the road is stressful enough, not knowing who to call, and having several other businesses say they were not interested in my patronage. Warrenton Tire and Muffler relieved all that stress, with friendly, extremely professional service. I will recommend them to anyone in the area!

My daughter had her car in for tires and the young man working on it let her know the back brakes were paper thin which he thought unusual due to the low mileage on a 2 year old car. She made the appointment and come to find out on a VW you need a special scanner to do the back brakes. They tried for over an hour to remedy this but when they couldn't they didn't even charge for the labor. These are honest and trustworthy folks! Don't let the old school building fool you. Marks put in aftermarket parts into my car and then also broke things and released it back to me without saying anything. I brought my car BACK into them because it was in worse condition than i brought it to them in as well as seeing clearly broken parts. They said my problems were existing and they don't break it. Okay then why didn't you TELL ME the issue was there when you released the car to me. hmmmm. Also they wouldn't take me seriously until i told them I had a diagnostic from a different shop, from days prior showing the issue they said was existing wasn't there before they touched my car. Never apologized or took accountability. Never fixed the issue fully or gave me a clear diagnostic showing the issue they caused was gone. I am now paying more to fix what THEY BROKE with a REPUTABLE automotive shop. On top of that, the lack of communication is horrible. They don't call you when your car is done. AND the wife was visibly DRUNK on the clock. Ggrrreaaaaaatttt shop if you're a young woman and vulnerable to scummy shops because they assume you don't know anything. I have since filed a BBB claim for this ridiculous situation regarding Marks carelessness and lack of accountability.

If you need used tires go right passed K&S and there is a new used tire place called Browns Tire & Service Center @ 573-544-6832. They will treat you right, unlike K&S Tire. The costomer makes or breaks a business, I am breaking the news on their attitude. Money over quality is their new motto This caused damage to my work truck, I would have been fine with a free replacement, but all I got was an "I don't care" attitude and they walked away! Don't go to K&S Tire or you may get a bad deal ; ) There is a new place in truesdale that sells used tires that appriciate their costomers.
