Car looked beautiful when we got it back and color match was perfect. Then over the winter I scratched down the side of the car on a mailbox and again they did a great job. I came in from Chicago to visit my mother in O'Fallon, and while I was there I tried to get my…read moresteering aligned on my Ford Explorer, but because my lovely and talented wife had apparently knocked the subframe crooked when she smashed the passenger door into a concrete post previously, it could not be aligned, I would have to see a body shop, etc. So there is McDonalds and right next to it not just "a" body shop, but "The" Body Shop. Keep in mind this is late on a Saturday afternoon and I have to hit the road on Sunday. Long story short, I met with Kyle, nicest guy ever, agrees to help me out and within hours he's got it fixed, and then he goes further by charging much, much less than what I expected it would. Again, late on a Saturday...they could have gone home for the day, but no. So when it came time to fix the passenger door, you better believe I waited until the next time I was in O'Fallon just so Kyle and his guys could take care of it. Now Every day as I walk to my brand-new-looking SUV I am reminded of what a fantastic job Kyle and his crew did at The Body Shop, and I am reminded of how it's possible for someone to be really terrific person and be the very best at what they do, all at the same time.
