Keep in mind this is late on a Saturday afternoon and I have to hit the road on Sunday. Long story short, I met with Kyle, nicest guy ever, agrees to help me out and within hours he's got it fixed, and then he goes further by charging much, much less than what I expected it would. Again, late on a Saturday...they could have gone home for the day, but no. So when it came time to fix the passenger door, you better believe I waited until the next time I was in O'Fallon just so Kyle and his guys could take care of it. Now Every day as I walk to my brand-new-looking SUV I am reminded of what a fantastic job Kyle and his crew did at The Body Shop, and I am reminded of how it's possible for someone to be really terrific person and be the very best at what they do, all at the same time. Seriously, the car looks brand new. I still live in Chicago, but The Body Shop in O'Fallon will have my business for as long as they are in business. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
