Tried to buy a 2025 GM Sierra 2500HD truck from Doug Johnson and he confirmed that the truck was confirmed using my credit card. I caught him lying 3 times as now the truck cannot be purchased. In between this I sold my truck and have nothing to drive after he confirmed the deal in writing and told me the truck was mine. This is very deceptive and a warning for anyone trying to business with this dealership. I called and left a message for his manager and never received a call back. Buyer beware here. read more

Our car went off the road during a snow storm recently and this is the shop where we took our car for repairs. Being from the other side of the state I had no way of knowing what to expect. The staff was courteous and friendly. The repair team was exceptional. Even dealing with insurance they were able to get our car repaired and back to us in good time. I can't say enough about this place. Scott and Paul in the body shop were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their car. I have called multiple times and spoke with multiple people about not receiving my title. It has been over a month and about 6 phone calls. I called again and spoke with the lady at the front desk expressing how frustrating this has become. She promised this would not happen again and she would get an answer for me. What do you know a week later and still no phone call or message!!!! I was also promised a spare key at the time of the purchase they said they would mail it with my title. So this is a long post, but I has a horrible experience with the Troy MO location for Buick. I had dropped my car off because it broke down on vacation and the fuel pump went out. The mechanic had about 5 calls with me before he fixed my car of me telling him I need it ran through warranty I cannot afford it without it. He informed me he could fix my car then run it through! This was a LIE and broke protocol and thus warranty refused to cover it. The mechanic then blamed me and said I gave permission to go outside of warranty which is BULL@#%& because who wants to pay $1000 on purpose out of pocket. They refused to work with me until I finally had a manager give me 10% off which saved me $100. This took me 3 weeks to get this. The mechanic called almost daily asking when I would get my car because his pay check period was almost up. I got my car after his pay period and then I get in my car and it F*$#*&% STINKS. I went to the car wash to vacuum my car out across the street and I found STINK BAIT for fishing smeared in the back seat cup holder! it took a week to get the smell out! I drove back up there and showed it to them an the mechanic was shocked I came back up, and another mechanic just fucking laughed! I have never been so mad or treated so bad! I will never go back here again! I was a loyal customer for 10 years before this too! read more

negative 1 star Belhman sold me a 2001 ford ranger pick up 2 yrs ago. the transmission went out within 3months.i bought a extended warranty through belhman and when I went to use my extended warranty Belhman put a 2013 Cadillac on my warranty they knew my truck was in need of lots of repair Belhman passed my truck for inspection when in fact in needed 2000 dollars in repairs. Therefore they broke state law by passing my truck off for a good state inspection sticker when it fact it failed miserably. I took my truck to a honest dealer and they are willing to testify for me against Belhman for selling me a dangerous truck with a total messed up front end that WOULD NOT pass state inspection. so as they say buyer beware.
