I have had the worst experience with this company. The buying process was great and fast but then…read morenoticing that they do that to get you into a junk vehicle is a nightmare. Not but three days after buying my 2020 malibu I noticed issues with the transmission and then the car wouldn't go into park nor shut off. The months following I asked them to look at it multiple times. They simply said, " newer cars run that way". Months later, I was almost hit because the delay in shifting that could have cost mine and my children's lives. I went into the service center with a list of things I wanted to start fixing, then the transmission was bad as soon as he pulled it out of the parking spot. I could go on with the amount of issues I have had with the vehicles and the service at Mountaintop. Two transmissions, 3 brains, 1 engineer from Chevrolet and a year in the shop.... my car is still in their possession. I now have to go in to "trade in" a car with the company that I really could care less to deal with. My car has been in the shop nearly 3/4 of the time I have been making payments and paying insurance on. I would say the warrantee was a good idea because it has saved me from the monetary side. Other than that, I would never advise anyone to buy a vehicle from here.

They call saying they didn't know I had appointment scheduled, they scheduled it and came to get it! The parts are not in and they drove my truck to the dealer and back twice! When i complained to Fruendly, they ignored all my complaints and avoided any sort of resolution. The auction site made money, Fruendly made money, and i got stuck with a truck i could not register or drive. After getting a job near town, my trax started having problems. I took it here because it was the closest dealership to me. Once there, they told me it would a few days before it got fixed because they closed at a certain time (no problem, I understand that) but then they told me that it might take even longer because they might not even have the part. (Really instilling trust already right?). Anyways, the days pass and they finally called me to tell me that my car was ready to be picked up and that the problem was apparently my "aftermarket subwoofer" that I had installed ever since I bought the car. Let's just say the next day as I am leaving for work, I go to start the car and it's dead.....again.....for a fourth time. After this, I called them and asked them why they didn't fix the problem and the lady had the AUDACITY to gaslight me and told me I plugged in the subwoofer again. I DIDNT. It wasn't the subwoofer... What's crazy is I took the car back home to a dealership that I've been to before, it was a simple fix. The cooling fan relay was stuck...Wasted time and wasted money going to this dealership and unless you wanna do the same...I strongly recommend NOT ever going to this place. Scott's couldn't tell me what brand they use for parts because the price gouging would expose them. The point is, be very careful when dealing with them because you WILL pay more than other shops for just the parts. Do your research and don't trust solely on positive reviews. Each time Tommy (the owner) assures me it's fixed. He was good at making me feel as if it had been taken care of. The first time I picked it up I drive off, I didn't even get to the hwy and it is not fixed. Turned around and brought it back. Second time, I drive off. I go to the gas station where I cannot exit my van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it back. Tommy told me his shop " had a come to Jesus moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! Tommy was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. Tommy tells me husband bitching and moaning won't fix it, bring it back up. We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior. He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in St. Peters. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and back, than I did taking my van back and forth to Tommy. My family was inconvenienced with TNT Auto sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. Tommy responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. Do NOT trust Tommy at TNT Auto sales!
