Everyone asked if we needed anything but after telling them we were just looking, they were friendly and not pushy. Super nice staff.

I was forced to bring it to their affiliated garage, Premier Auto (required to keep the warranty valid). They told me the brakes had been inspected and repaired. Only weeks later, the brakes failed again. This time, they told me it was just a defective caliper. Then, just a couple of weeks after that, the brakes failed for a third time. At that point, both the shop manager Mike and the office manager Mike told me my brake pads had worn down so low they had actually "fallen off," causing the calipers to overextend and leak fluid. That explanation makes no sense for a truck purchased less than three months prior -- and one they had supposedly "fully inspected" twice already. Instead of honoring responsibility, they lied, shifted the story each time, and then made me pay $600 out of pocket for that third repair, even though the problem had never been properly fixed. Less than 48 hours later, the brakes failed yet again. During this same period, the tie rod end separated, which led to uneven tire wear and a dangerous highway blowout. I had to tow the truck to Dobbs, spend $585 on two new tires, and another $600 in electrical repairs for problems caused by a dealer-installed device and a defective key fob. Altogether, I've spent thousands in repairs for a truck that remains unsafe and undriveable. As an independent masonry contractor, I've also lost tens of thousands in business because I cannot transport materials or equipment to job sites. And to make matters worse, when I called Sales Manager Brian to ask for a solution, he literally hung up on me. When I asked him if Travers sells bad cars and doesn't care, he responded: "Yup." Travers Automotive GMT and their affiliated garage, Premier Auto, have shown a pattern of lies, deception, and negligence. They sold me an unsafe truck, failed to repair it, shifted blame, and treated me with disrespect. Their conduct has endangered me and my family and caused devastating financial harm. I strongly urge others: avoid this dealership at all costs.

After showing up to an appointment (booked 2 months ahead) in Colorado, only to find they had not ordered my parts (I called 7 times to confirm they were ordered) I decided to go to the St. Louis location for future warranty work. St. Louis was just as bad as Colorado Springs. I dropped my rv off on a Saturday. Picked it up later that day. Turns out many of the jobs they claimed they completed were not done. So I had to spend that Saturday and Sunday (closed) in St. Louis unexpectedly. On Monday I dropped it off, picked it up later, only to once again find that half the jobs weren't completed. These include 3 separate recalls I was told to have fixed. I had scratched up the drivers side paneling and wanted them to fix it, on my buck obviously. The place they sent me, Paul's auto body, quoted me $13k and 20 days. I obviously declined. Ended up getting the work done in Florida for $3200 in 2 days. So what more can I say? I'll never do business with them again. I love my rv, a leisure travel van, but if the next time I'm ready to buy a new RV the only option for Leisure's is through van city, well, I'll find another manufacturer. I've never been treated so poorly. Just a horribly run business with zero respect for their customers.

Normally I don't go to any auto body shops alone because of how women are treated. But yesterday my grandfather as well as my mechanic were busy so I figured I can grab the parts on my way home from work. I was told by Ronald or Donald, that they only have the fender but the bumper would still be out of stock for the next few weeks. I asked him did he think I should wait on the bumper so that I can purchase both parts at one time. He told me that the company didn't care whether I bought the parts are not, that it wasn't going to hurt their feelings. I was so utterly confused by this comment because I asked a valid question. I'm not sure if he was trying to impress another man that came in that he was friends with, but he just was so rude. All he needed to let me know, was that I have the choice of waiting on the other part to purchase both, but by that time the part may be gone. It's that simple. Why bring up anything about me hurting your feelings when it was SUPPOSED to be a place of business. My dad was livid when I told him about my experience because he always gets my parts from the location in Hazelwood. He also tried to offer me a job after talking to me with such disgust and rudeness. I wouldn't dream of working in a place like that alongside a person like that !! I won't be spending another dime here. This was yesterday by the way. I've never wrote a review online but I was so surprised. Another customer suggested I go to well fit. They have similar parts and maybe better customer service. Ronald you should be ashamed of yourself !
