As well as doing a terrible job replacing my EGR. Which was not installed properly. I have continuously had to put up with a whistling from the EGR that was put on and the bellows is bent. Those are from other mechanics that have experienced these problems. I've called and been in communication with them. Trying to get back to their shop to take care of the matter. But unfortunately 1hour away from their shop on a Saturday when they close @ 12noon. He wouldn't offer to stay an hour or two over to take care of the matter. So at this point that let's me know that I am really not valued as a customer. So I have to go elsewhere to get the job done RIGHT. I feel they should foot the bill from another credible repair shop. Brian told me that he could either caulk the holes or take entire unit out and start again which would require more labor. The car was drivable, but the hood, finder, lights and entire front was smashed and mangled. I took the car to Kelso for repair and they did an amazing job! Insurance listed it under comprehensive, so there was nothing out-of-pocket. Kelso was out-of-network, but that only meant that it took a day longer than normal; well worth the wait. When I got it back, about 3 weeks, the car looks as if nothing ever happened. When something is fixed better than it was, that's a good enough business to win a repeat customer. When the employees of that business display a caring and kind-hearted attitude towards their customers, that's good enough to win a customer for life, I would trust any and all my vehicles to Kelso and highly recommend them for anyone considering bodywork!
