Put my horse trailer on consignment with the manager Neil on 07/24/2026. Picked up on 09/09/2026. In the intervening days, they put my trailer out back and forgot about it. Aside from putting some stickers, a vent and some rubber on it, nothing else was done to sell it. I called and spoke with their Manager Neil multiple times, as well as left messages. Was told I would be called back by the manager (Neil) himself multiple times, never happened. It was like they did not want my business. Almost 7 weeks.... Beware who you do business with. If the manager (Neil) acts like this, I can just imagine the nightmare the employees are! I've never felt so disrespected by a company I was trying to do business with. Negative stars if it was an option.
Response to Owner's response:
Neil is the one I worked with to begin with. Why would I ever subject myself to being overlooked and discarded out of hand again? He literally agreed with me when I told him it was unprofessional and that he "forgot" about it.
