And there hasn't been anything but faulty tire sensors which is a pretty common issue with our model because tire sensors are dumb. I pulled in front of service garage in front of dealer. Keep in mind the sign said service above garage - didn't say exit or entrance, but directly in front of dealer. The service adviser came out sarcastically and very rude unprofessional and said this is not a walk up service and was sarcastically laughing like I was an idiot. He could have easily said I was at was wrong entrance (need to put signs up for exit in the front, like most dealers). There was no reason for that kind of treatment. Have never experienced this before at any dealer. On the flip side your parts department very professional and courteous. I am here to have a part installed that I had ordered from the parts dept. Please train your service advisors to be customer focused and not rude or degrading when you don't have the proper signage. I will not be back to this dealer. I am in the market for a new Silverado that I am getting ready to order. Will not be here, which is ashame since I am local here in Benton now. I would not recommend to anyone to buy a vehicle that has poor customer service in the service dept. Also- I suggest to clearly mark your signs exit and entrance!- especially for people that haven't been here before.

I didn't have to wait days for a scheduled appointment like other shops and was able to provide service the day following my initial call. His parts and labor rates are extremely reasonable. I was greeted very nicely on the phone, I explained my situation and was then place on a 3 way call with a road tech. We had a few laughs while we exchanged information. They reached out to my driver and let him know they were coming and they arrived in about a half an hour. Their tech TJ, Called me and gave me his diagnosis and then repaired our truck very quickly. The billing was done through Roadsync. I was able to pay the bill right from my cell phone. That was cool. Their call out is a two hour minimum. Their afterhour labor rate was very reasonable. (believe me, when you manage a fleet of trucks you know what reasonable is). I just appreciate the honesty and they way I was treated on the phone and the way They treated our driver.
