I never have to worry about the repairs that they make - compared to the competition Grimm never seems to make excessive or unnecessary repairs to my car and as a result they are ALWAYS less expensive than the competition. Not to mention that they are a lot friendlier, too! I tell everyone I know that if they have a major repair, it may be a little farther to drive but... "take it to Grimm!" :) Thanks, guys!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Johnson's Auto & Truck Repair, and based on that…read moreexperience, I would **not recommend this company for vehicle recovery**. Before hiring them, I spoke with the office and explained my situation in detail. I was the sole owner of the vehicle and had specifically hired them to recover it and tow it to another location so I could have new keys made and move forward. I also gave very specific instructions regarding how I wanted the recovery handled and explained that I did not want unnecessary contact initiated with the person who had possession of the vehicle. The office representative assured me that this was not a problem, that they handled these types of recoveries regularly, and that they could take care of it. Based on those assurances, I paid them to perform the recovery. Unfortunately, when their employees went to the location, the instructions I had specifically discussed with the office were not followed. Contact was initiated with the person at the property, the vehicle was not recovered, and the service I paid for was not completed. When I contacted the company afterward, I was ultimately refunded only half of what I had paid. In other words, I paid for a specific recovery service, the recovery was not performed, and I was still left out half of the money I paid. I understand that not every recovery situation is guaranteed to go as planned. What is especially disappointing here is that I was completely upfront about the circumstances before hiring them, I gave specific instructions, and I was assured that the situation was something they handled and would not be an issue. If they were unable or unwilling to perform the recovery under those circumstances, that should have been communicated before taking my money. I'm sharing this review so anyone considering Johnson's Auto & Truck Repair for a **vehicle recovery** understands my experience. I would **not recommend them for this type of service**. I would look elsewhere and make sure you are dealing with a company that is prepared to follow the recovery instructions you agree upon and stand behind the service you are paying for.
