There's no little glass building that they come out and assist the person and write your information down on this little pad anymore and fast forward. I go inside and I wait at the counter for about 5 minutes until somebody finally assist me they asked what do you need. And I. Was like I needed oil change and a tire rotation and the look like mechanic said go outside. Pull up around to the white sign and they'll assist you and get your information. So I said okay which was strange. Okay I usually go in. They'll write me down and tell somebody to go out there with me or whatever. And so I pulled up to the white sign and waited and waited and waited 27 more minutes + while I was waiting. Another couple pulled up beside me. Went inside, came back out and about 10 minutes after that they pulled their car in the empty spot inside of the garage. At that point I grew very angry. I had been waiting already numerous minutes way over time for somebody to come out and assist me at the white sign that said Auto Care. So I will never ever go back to Walmart in Harrisburg Illinois for a tire change or oil change there very rude. They could have came out and told me that the person had an appointment or will be with you in a moment. Nothing. Not one courtesy of a jester I pulled off. Went to speed lube instead got in. Got out done. My mistake. Don't let my mistake be your mistake if you want to get in and out or even get in at all! They did tell my child the cost of tow and tow yard fees and didn't give an option to tow else where. They put in tow yard last night after was hit by a deer. We called at 8 am to try and get car. They told us there is addition fee of $75 to remove on weekend. Also if car is there more than 24 hours a $40 fee. Total for car was close to $500. They won't do veterans discounts, or any AAA. Keep in mind car was drivable once bumper was removed and would have cost nothing. They took advantage of two young ladies when folks are hours away. The girls told them that if bumper was removed they could drive it back to campus. They wouldnt allow it. I feel that they rape you in price. As for the tow guy he did remove bumper and did take photos but that's all I can say is good. Save your money and call your own tow. Which I would have done if I knew what they where going to charge us.

However, as soon as I was dropped off to pickup my car, I noticed a sizable scratch and scraped area on the lower, right front fender. I know it wasn't there before because I'd just waxed the car couple days before taking it to the shop. I immediately went inside and told Tony about. He came out and looked for himself. He said it couldn't have happened there because nobody told him about it. He called a Tech over and asked him about it. He denied hitting anything. Of course nobody reported it. It's human nature. I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice it. I went ahead and paid them nearly $600.00 for the work they performed. It was a real kick in the teeth to spend that much money only to find they damaged my vehicle. They made no offer to make it right. I didn't even get an apology. I told them I would never patronize them again, and that I was going to review them on Yelp. They didn't seem concerned. My advice, if you do take your car there, take pictures of the entire car. In my opinion, someone there is a liar.
