I drove into a Huck's stop and the trailer tire hit a boulder rock. I discovered it when I pre-tripped the next morn. Needless to say I was devastated. Tires and rims are costly for a driver. I called around and was given crazy prices but I knew I had to get it fixed or face ramifications from my employer. I called Don's. When I told him what had happened, he gave me a heavenly price and I had to jump on it. Upon arrival, I met a family of men who were ready and willing to help lil ol' me. What moved me most was the owner's youngest son who had to leave but told his dad that he loved him before leaving. The respect I received and the respect the boys had for each other gave me a fuzzy feeling inside. The service itself took less than 30 minutes! Normally, it can take hours. I seriously appreciate Don's Truck Repair for assisting me in my times of despair. The hospitality and service overall was exceptional! Thought it's easy work if replace new. They took 5 days, charged me $3250, messed up my transmission. Told me it's nothing to do with them. And I'm not welcomed there whatsoever. I was so irritated, they don't even try to communicate me and help me to solve the problem. Maybe they are good local people. If you are just pass by, you'll get screwed for sure.

Me and my boyfriend dropped his car off knowing it would be a couple days before they got to it…read moresince it was the weekend. He told us he would contact us by wednesday. Monday comes around and we stop to check on the car because we need get a few items out of it. The car is in the shop, and the employees are leaning against it watching youtube videos. By wednesday afternoon we heard nothing so my boyfriend calls to get an update, The owner was completely in the dark, had no information to give us and told us he hadn't been at the shop. The owner said he would find out and give my boyfriend a call back shortly. he never called back. I personally tried calling him myself and he declined my calls each time. thursday i call around 11am and he says again he has no update but was headed to the shop to check everything out and would give me a call back soon. 1:30pm rolls around and again he didn't call us back. my boyfriend then gets ahold of him and the only 'update' he could give us was he read the obd reader and told us it wasn't the transmission. (my boyfriend read it with his personal obd reader and told them that at drop off) so they did absolutely nothing but wasted our time and money. my boyfriend decides to come pick the car up and we are just going to take it to another place, the owner became unprofessional on the phone and told my boyfriend he had no idea how to run a business, etc etc. which is wild coming from someone who is running their business without being in the shop for days at a time, not knowing the work their employees are doing, not able to give updates to customers, and unable to be trusted to even give a call back like he said he would..... this "business" is so incredibly unprofessional and we will never be contacting them about anything ever again in the future. These people do not value customers or business. It definitely felt like they are trying to make quick dirty money... not provide high quality services. i usually don't leave reviews so with that being said, me leaving this just shows how terrible the experience with this "business" was.
