We called him at 1:00 to see how soon he could help us. He was ready ASP, the next morning he called and found us a new set of tires. He was happy to show up and tow the car from the motel to his shop and had us back on the road in no time. He was very nice and communicated the progress often. However, as soon as I was dropped off to pickup my car, I noticed a sizable scratch and scraped area on the lower, right front fender. I know it wasn't there before because I'd just waxed the car couple days before taking it to the shop. I immediately went inside and told Tony about. He came out and looked for himself. He said it couldn't have happened there because nobody told him about it. He called a Tech over and asked him about it. He denied hitting anything. Of course nobody reported it. It's human nature. I'm sure they were hoping I wouldn't notice it. I went ahead and paid them nearly $600.00 for the work they performed. It was a real kick in the teeth to spend that much money only to find they damaged my vehicle. They made no offer to make it right. I didn't even get an apology. I told them I would never patronize them again, and that I was going to review them on Yelp. They didn't seem concerned. My advice, if you do take your car there, take pictures of the entire car. In my opinion, someone there is a liar.
